This is for the corporation not the employees.If they take the $200 bonus for opening a new account with them, when they file their taxes they will send them a form to include it so they can later claim it on their taxes. So nothing is free my people

Worst place ever. Customer service sucks. The women in there pretend to help but are useless. When told there customer service sucks they walk away and make you wait. Hated all the time since I opened my account. You feed of us customers and we deserve to have outstanding customer service.

Today I was so disappointed in my bank I always go to this bank for everything I need to do the staff & employees are helpful and friendly and outgoing but today some older gentleman brought a dog that is not a service animal and was aggressive and barking in the lobby as I stood in line it and his owner was behind me and made my visit to chase uncomfortable and unpleasant l would of thought the bank employees or security guard would of asked him to leave but they did nothing I was so disappointed

The walk up ATM stopped working in the middle of my transaction and lift my account open I finally got it to close went through the drive-thru same thing happened and shut all the drive-thru ATMs down it was ridiculous. Other customers were waiting in line in their cars in a big line waiting for them to close their accounts crazy exclamation
