First they close branches. Then, when you finally find a branch that’s open, they don’t have any licensed bankers to help. Second Chase stop today and I’m still holding on to my rollover check. It’s like they don’t want my money.

Wait time here is usually nonexistent. Tellers always are cheerful and helpful. I have been here several times over the past few years. Faces change frequently but the service is consistent.

Awesome bank. Absolutely a chase bank. It has things you find at a chase bank like an ATM. Tellers. Bank people. Mortgage people. Wheelchair parking. J. P. MORGAN. CHASE bank. Very much so a good bank. I would recommend 10/10 to friends and family.

There is never a manger at this branch. Reps have no clue what customer service means. Lack knowledge on many levels.

Avoid this Chase. They messed up our account and then refused to help us. We had to go to a different Chase to fix it. We decided to quit Chase all together and bank elsewhere after many years of trusting Chase. No one can still tell us what caused our account to be frozen. No one on the phone can help, the customer service is in India and they just talk random stuff and don’t give me answers. I’ve asked to be transferred to the US and they get offended and hang up. Terrible customer service all around in person and over the phone. I still don’t have new debit cards. This was their error and they should have been sent out overnight. Having to go into a bank is unacceptable.

I I have been going to this Branch since it opened several years ago. The people who work there have been very courteous and helpful. That is until the new manager arrived. There was a change in staff yet they were still courteous and helpful whenever somebody came in. Now the branch is closed yet there are two people inside the building and they just look at you when you try to come through the door. When I contacted Chase corporate they had no idea why the Branch was closed nor why there's a sign on the door that said if you want to do any Services call and make an appointment. Chase corporate really needs to investigation as to why this branch is closed and why giving its particular location clients are being denied the full services of this branch. If the current manager cannot do his job maybe he needs to find another job for his life and allow somebody who can manage that particular Branch to be put in his place.

Despite not having an appointment and even after calling to confirm we couldn’t do what we needed as a walk-in service, we stopped by to ask a few questions and Julio went out of his way to take care of us and did, in fact, let us open accounts as walk-ins the hour before closing before a holiday weekend. I really appreciate that service and starting off our banking relationship on the right foot.

I called this bank an hour before I showed up. They told me about a military acct I could open up. I told her I will be there in a few minutes. I stay 5 mins down the street. I walk in at 2:45pm Friday and asked to open a military checking account. They told me they had a 3:30pm scheduled and couldn't help me. Then they referred me to open the account online. I went online and the Military account cannot be open online. Has to be done in branch. I was brushed off and was told information by the banker that was not accurate. Not saying they are a bad bank, I'm just sharing my experience. Make sure they really expect you to come in I guess when you call before you come. Idk

I called them 8 times and they did not answer. When they did I asked to speak to the manager and the woman who answered decided to put me on hold again and then hanged up. This did not only happen today. They never answer their phone.

Came to open an account, was told the only banker had an appointment in 15 minutes and id have to wait until after, horrible customer service, Due to Richard being less than helpful i will open an account elsewhere

Horrible. I deposited a large amount of cash within the deposit I had 3 ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR BILLS and they claimed I only gave them TWO when I asked for them to pull the footage they said there were no cameras in the back. HORRIBLE AND WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE.
