This bank is the worst bank ever. I open a business just to have it close to me. When seen I was calling, they won't answer they don't tell you the truth they lie and try to cover their end.

Bank teller was very good then as soon as they hear what am looking for MAURO A. CRUZ jumped in and said that he can help me with the document that I was looking for. Mauro help me with good heart similing and soon as you see that, your mind will tell you that you that you’re good to go with 5star customer service.
I highly recommend Mauro with Cx service experience and go higher.

They do every thing not to help thier customers, but if you go to the chase on 24th st and Baseline, they do everything to help.

Won’t cash a check with a shortened spelling of my name. Even after producing a credit card with the shortened name! I am not opening an account with you especially after this nonsense. What a joke.

I was there about some issues with our business account and Amanda Ramirez branch manager came out to help me, she was so helpful and cordial and treated me with so much respect, knowledge and professionalism! I wish all the bank branches had people like her!!
