I’d leave less than a star if I could. For an upcoming trip I ordered Chinese Yuan and asked for small denominations. Came back to the bank for pickup and was given Japanese Yen (all in large bills btw). No way to get the replacement ordered in time and it took forever for them to reverse it. They also tried to make it sound like they were doing me a favor by giving me the same exchange rate today.

The staff is friendly but the ATM is always having issues and unable to access the one inside when the branch is closed. Very inconvenient and I expect a lot more for being one of the largest depository institutions. It's been like this for years, no excuses and clearly overlooked.

Been banking at Chase (former WaMu, formerly Great Western) for 30 years. This place sucks. Quoted me five minutes to deposit a large rollover check. Then someone comes out after 10 minutes and says “it will just be 10 more minutes” after I hear her yapping away on the phone talking about after work plans. Go somewhere else.

My recently deceased sister had a CD with Chase that had recently matured. As I was finalizing her accounts the Trust person there informed me that there was an account he could not discuss with me. I knew it was a CD as I had handled her finances for years. Apparently she had designated a beneficiary. I'm fine with not knowing who the beneficiary is, but then I was informed that that Chase will not be notifying the beneficiary that they are to receive this money, either. That have no obligation to do so, they say. When I said that they are keeping money that my sister designated to someone else he replied that they are simply holding it until the beneficiary steps forward. The beneficiary is not able to step forward because they have no idea it exists. That is their policy and they will "hold" the money for years and then turn it over to the State. No intention of honoring my sister's wishes. Just "holding" it and earning interest for years. Absolutely unacceptable. They are stealing money from a dead woman and her beneficiary.

I absolutely recommend this location.From their security guard Quinn, who is always welcoming, helpful, and friendly....To the tellers, Mely, Roger, Maria, Kim, and Day....To whom I saved the best for last.. The branch manager, Amanda.I was lucky to have a bank account very long when I was younger. To now, being a customer of Chase Bank for over 10 years.I can not say enough about the customer service. You really feel like family at this branch location. The customer service calls to the800 # and the protection that is provided to you as a chase customer is almost unheard ofthese days. It is not found at many places even though "they" may boast they are the best, I For one can say Chase Bank delivers every time. Thanks for caring for your customers as you do.
