Posting on behalf of my friend that banks with chase. Chase has been very unreliable and unable to be depended on. My friend Ro passed a chance. Can you look for a two week old on her chest even though the check is valid and cleared and she’s been a “valued” customer for two years. But this time was over the top. After staying on the phone with a chase representative for 2 hrs that promised my friend would get her funds deposited if she provided the necessary info to verify her payroll check just to verify the validity of the check and state she’d have to waite even l than the three days she had already waited. An extra week to be exact. My friend did not get upset. Fast forward two days after that phone call my friend is unable to make deposits into her account, receive money via zell(the transaction takes the money from the sending party but shows no active on my friends account). She normally gets a direct deposit from her second job on fridays. This past Friday her employer paid her as he normally does but there is no trace on her Chase account. Chase was already unreasonable but now I’d go the extent of saying they are unfair, and just straight thieves. They don’t have common decency and lack care for man kind as a complete entity. It’s absolutely disgusting. And now it’s the weekend and my friend is left in no man’s land no money or any pending transactions and unable to use her account and funds from previous transactions missing with no trace. It’s not right. My friend will switch banks but why should she be so inconvenienced. Does anyone know what further action she can take.

They have one business Banker in there who doesn't return calls what a waste of space that branches it's 90% empty.

This branch is a gem in Scottsdale.... It is located next to Whole Foods. The parking is relatively open most times of the day as there is adequate parking in that center. All of the tellers are competent as well as friendly. They call me by my name which I think is really nice in this day in age where most things are automated!lThere is NEVER a long line... they always have at least 2 tellers and I have been there during busy times as well as the slower part of the day and I never felt that there was an excessive wait . The branch Manager, John M Holdman is very visible in the branch and I have had to meet with him several times over the past month and he has always been accommodating as well as helped me to find resolution. The assistant manager is Matthew Glirbas, as he is also extremely friendly and has been able to provide exceptional service when I have had an issue. I do the majority of my banking online, however every now and then there are specific things that can only get down in person. It's nice to know there is a friendly Chase, in the neighborhood!

It’s called direct communication. When you’re with another client, and going to be a while, that’s fine. But, instead of passing the message through a teller, how about a quick “hi, I am going to be a while with this client….would you like a water, or perhaps you could run an errand, and return say in an hour.” ANY courtesy rather than disdain is preferable. Five stars for the friendly teller; zero stars for apparently the only notary at this branch.

If I could give this location 10 stars I definitely would. I spoke with the manager John today who truly was so helpful with my situation and took the time to investigate my issue and keep me updated with what was going on. I am so grateful for all his help today and appreciate the time he took assisting me! Thank you so much for all your help today John, we need more good people like you in this world!

I have been a Chase customer for years. Recently moved back to this area and am now banking at the Mayo Blvd branch. The branch manager has been most helpful to me since I have been here. I would like to thank him for all the help I have received. Thank you Eric. LS.

Tried to cash a $2,000 check with valid 2 forms of ID, and they verified funds, verified signature and tried unsuccessfully to call the person on the check to verify they wrote the check, and since they couldn't get ahold of them they would not cash it. How can you not honor a good check? They said it was for the customers protection (all but insinuating I somehow illegally obtained this check). Well, they are federally insured for the customers protection, it's not their job to manage who the customers write checks to.

This location is awesome! Everyone who works there has always been so kind, professional and helpful with whatever I need. The branch manager is great and he makes you feel welcome and appreciated. The have two drive through teller lanes and an ATM and I've always had prompt service. This is my preferred location by far!

If I could give it a zero I would under staffed. Drive through backed up 4 cars deep. So I go inside and it is backed up and some guy comes around the corner and says he does not know what to do with the drive through lol.
