The blonde lady that works here is really rude and dismissive. I went in asking for stud earrings and she automatically said they were sold out without even offering to show me their current selection. Very judgmental I was in jeans and a hoodie and felt that she didnt even want to sell me anything. I will not be going back or sending any of my friends or family here. Very disappointed!

Worst customer service I been there 3 times at Chanel store I bought 3 purses from there ,when you walk in they don’t even say hi to you and when I asked to see the purse they look at you down like you don’t have money to buySpecial the guy is manager not friendly at all I saw him 3 times still act so mean but I like the purse there is very nice but service make me don’t want to go back now

What a terrible place to shop. They don't care and will never. This men's department will never say anything to you just to even acknowledge you. It's even worse as you walk 3 feet infront of 3 sales associates who as far as they are concerned can't be bothered. I swear they would prefer if you walked in with your bank balance written across your forehead.

I ordered a Theory blazer through the Saks online facility. Actually, the St Louis ordered it for me. They sold me some items and I needed the blazer. When the blazer arrived, it was sent in a box that was 3" x 8" x 10". And the tissue paper was just crumbled up. The blazer was a total mess and I actually had to take it back to the store and they were kind enough to steam it out for me.When I asked Saks online, who was responsible and if they could give me a gift card they said the store was responsible. Well I'm sorry the store was not was responsible it was the guerrillas in the online packing department that decided to stuff a blazer that cost quite a bit of money into a box that wasn't big enough.These people are terrible business people in the future. I will just work with the store.Saks online does not take care of its customers .. they would not take responsibility for their mistake even though I sent them very detailed documentation as to the problem. I am not going to go to the store and request a gift card because it wasn't the stores problem. They handled me quite beautifully. It was the online sales department and their fulfillment. Horrible.

My tips: When you are going to see Christine Lee, consider having Gucci on with fancy makeup... or you would feel the reluctance from the store manager Mrs. Lee :0I ordered a Staub 5-qt. tall cocotte Saks.com and it was defective. I brought this defective item to this store with the receipt and requested a refund (the Staub were not sold in this location). The conversation between the store manager Christine Lee and me was quite astonishing. Mrs. Lee came to me, took a peek at the cocotte and shook her head, "We cannot return the defective item in the store". I told her I already contacted customer service over the phone and now I just want to return this item.Mrs. Lee started to judge my way of using this cocotte by mentioning her friends who have this type of cocotte, and they had no problems with this item. I was confused by Mrs. Lee's judgemental comments. Since Mrs. Lee's friends having no issues with the cocotte did not indicate anything meaningful --- I could still get a defective item, and it's a matter of probability.Noticing I was ignoring her, Mrs. Lee continued criticizing the way I used the cocotte based on her own assumption by saying that I should have used it in a completely wrong way. I explained to her again and said to her: " I only used this cocotte once to cook rice with water and it got stains hard to remove." Meanwhile, my two kiddos started to cry in the crib since we'd been there for a while for this return. Surprised by Mrs. Lee's discriminative and judgemental words and realizing it was not efficient communicating with Mrs. Lee and listening to her complaint, I walked away and called Saks.com customer service over the phone by myself immediately. Finally, someone else came over and helped me successfully return this item. According to my personal experience based in this location, many customer service representatives were super nice and helpful. Nancy was a welcoming and humorous lady and took care of customers very well. There used to be an Asian young lady (I think now she went to an LV store in fashion square) who worked in the cosmetics department and was also helpful and kind, we even became friends. However, this store manager Christine Lee's condescending way to treat customers was beyond my imagination. I even wondered if she was a real store manager or someone who just swung by. Last but not least, I wore a casual suit and was busy with my fussy kiddos(2 and 0) on that day, with no makeup and fancy handbags, lol. All in all, I will give some of the staff 5 stars and the store manager Christine Lee 0 stars. On average, 1 stars for the customer service in this location.

I ordered an Armani suit online. They sent me the wrong size. They then had run out of my size in that style of suit. Very frustrating situation. The customer service was fine, but they never once apologized for the inconvenience. I'll be preferring Neiman's from here on out.

The five stars are for Rashida on the second floor who was virtually helping every customer while a small group sat around the desk and gossiped about the changes happening - ?? Give Rashida a raise! She tried her best to find a dress for my special occasion and when we hit a dead end she offered me many different options and how she can help me (giving me her card- )

Came in to get my brand new sunglasses adjusted that I bought online and I was directed to put on my sunglasses and go to Macy's. They told me to act like if I had bought them next door due that they had no one that could help me at their store. I could not believe the answer that the two ladies gave me as a resolution. I would never come to this store again.

Came into Saks the other day to buy some clothes for my new job. I came into the store right after the gym so obviously I did not look my best. I walked up stairs and asked an older lady with blonde hair and bright pink lipstick for help just to be dismissed. I walked around with several items in my hand and received no help from her. I watched her help others more well dressed but not once did she offer me any help. Perhaps I am not worthy of her time since I did not look like someone she could profit off of. I ended up just putting everything back and leaving. Definitely not the Saks service I expected

This is the worst costumer service that exist. I was there in cosmetic department dealing with Bella and assistant store manager. Bella was at least polite but assistant store manager should NOT even be hired at Ross far away from this store. He is terrible. Very disappointed stay away.

The sales rep who works at the La Mer counter assisted me and my daughter with La Mer purchases on 2/23/2022. She started rudely texting me after we had to return the unopened products on 2/28/2022, due to allergic reactions from using the samples, and was questioning why we didn't return the samples. I told her we had donated them due to Covid, did she want them back? On 4/20/22 when we went into the store, we were is the section of the store by Leonor Grayl hair products, and there was a sales rep already to assist us. The Asian lady from the La Mer counter, suddenly showed up and was staring at us, and started grabbing the hair products that we had selected. When I told her that we did not need her assistance, she walked over to an African American sales rep lady, and started to talking to her, and then that lady turned around and started staring at us too. We left the area where the Lenol Greyl is, and walked over by fragrances to shop, and then purchased the products at the counter right in front of fragrances. When I turned around the Asian lady who works at the La Mer counter had a large tablet size item and was pointing it toward me and my daughter. What was she doing this for? We are loyal customers, who shop and spend money in your store. She is making us both feel very unwelcome in your establishment.

I absolutely love this store they have everything you need and I normally go to actual websites to buy the items in there most the time same price as Saks And when you order with the actual upset you get some of the cool packaging but there's a lot of times I'm last minute and decide I want to belt for my outfit or for a trip and instead of waiting shipping with the regular retailers I can order it saks and always get it sooner ! & when I call I always get great customer service there is get right to the point help me with what I need and everything's perfect I absolutely love this location they will definitely get a lot of money for me!
