Parking lot is awful pulling in and out with a camper. Spaces are very tight. Rates are high especially for not being 24hrs. Online it said they were open in a Tuesday when they weren't a paper sign said they were closed. When we called customer service they said to use the kiosk which was broken. My gate code never worked. We have stored our things at countless facilities and never had so many issues. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I would never rent from Central Self Storage again. I was there for over 5 years. And got poor customer service. The moving company they gave out their number to you to use, they stole a couple of boxes from me. Worth over $3000. But just a couple of weeks, they had their locker on my unit. I paid my rent, called them to take the lock off. No return call. Next week I was there with my movers. Called them, no one to this day, no one has called me back. I am out over $700, gas and time. There reply, we don't reimburse anyone. It was their fault and they aren't paying me anything or calling me back. Please do not rent a storage unit from them. Go somewhere else.

This place is ridiculous. I've left my things here for five years never been late. I had a knee replacement and told Kayla I'm struggling to get it paid so I'm going to cancel August 31 to work with me. She's giving me the bill it was only $71 now it's $195 late fee after late fee after late fee and then extra late fees because I didn't pay it when I was supposed to don't bring your things here people break in and steal the stuff anyways, I'm getting my stuff out August 31 Danielle, the manager Customer service he wasn't nice either. It's all about money money money with these people they don't care about your needs again I don't mind paying the late fees but extra extra late fees. people I'm always giving good reviews but this is ridiculous

If I could give them zero stars I would. The office staff is unorganized, flighty & borderline rude. I would NEVER recommend this particular storage to ANYONE...even if I hated them.

I have rented here since 2015. I initially started renting here because the manager lived on site. It was a really cool dude, and I felt confident renting here. The last eight years this place has gotten progressively worse, every six months to get a new manager. And paying at the kiosk, is a hassle.However, brings me to write a review, is there gross neglect in securing my storage unit. A year ago my unit was burglarized, instead of telling me that they just wrote “it was found unlocked”. I have not visited the site in about four years maybe, so there’s no reason for it to be left unlocked. I called back and told them put a new lock on there charge me, and if anything is missing, I’ll have to go through insurance.Well, guess what… stuff was missing. And now their Mickey Mouse insurance company coverage does not pay for the thousands of dollars worth of damage.I hope more people who have been robbed at this facility, speak up, because central storage is a waste of money. They are terrible people. And they don’t care about your stuff, just re-purposing it further own financial gain.8 years.

Do not rent a storage unit here!!! The older lady at the front desk is extremely rude and RACIST. . Disgusting units and not worth the headache dealing with the staff here.

Do not rent a storage from this place. thay don't keep your stuff safe or do good business or keep it safe . 24 hrs on site security is a lie and camera's in the rite spots. My unite was broke into and my whole life's savings , all my band equipment, my girls jewelry, and my safes with our coin collection's gone. Our kids devices not to mention , that alow them to speek gone. Thay stole our handicapped kids medical devices. All gone . Our whole life up and gone . And thay won't pay us the insurance to recover our loss. And we payed for the insurance too..We are devastated and now become homeless now too. This place is a joke and one bad one ! Every thing gone....

So I rented my storage back in May of 2022 and I got busy and forgot to make my payment before December so I'm now until January so January 2nd I received a notice to call and make payment arrangements January 3rd I received the notice stating that I had until January 25th to make a payment or my unit will be auctioned off the first week of February so payment was made in full today and it turns out that they have already cut the lock off of my unit put their own lock on my unit I had to replace the lock on my unit and my unit has been rambled through so now I have to take a day off of work to go over there and invoice all my personal items to see exactly what all was taking and I am going to sue the brakes off of them there is absolutely nothing in the contract that says anything about them having the authority to cut my lock off prior to the date that was provided in their document to me as the deadline date which is January 25th.

This whole process felt like a scam and no one in the office or call center could give me straight up answers. I was robbed for my money never got a storage unit and was told they don’t do refunds. What a rip off

Horrible customer service! Took two days to speak to a manager at the actual store the call center could not answer any of my questions kept telling me they don’t know, then the manager keep giving me “maybe” and “I’ll try” like she didn’t know what was going on either. She stated she was trying to solve my issues but non of her suggestions had anything to do with my issue which lets me know she wasn’t even listening. All I needed was a bigger unit that simple and no one could help me correctly. Not only that when she finally figured out what I needed she then told me that the one month promotion couldn’t be switched to a bigger unit because I already used it but I had never moved anything in I literally made the reservation two days before and couldn’t even get into the place because the gate code they gave me was WRONG the whole thing felt like a scam

Had to cancel the storage it was not what it said it was . Then they called me three days after I canceled asking if I like the storage unit . I told her I canceled it same day she said she didn't see it her notes
