After getting 2 other outrageous estimates from auto body shops that were rated highly, I went to Caswell's. They had done work on my previous car and I was very happy with them. I was even happier after they gave me an estimate of $500 for the minor repair to my new car. John, the owner, is honest and does great work. If you need work see him soon because he's talking retirement.

GREAT SERVICE. Justin ordered the part I needed and was available for me to come get it fixed immediately. I even had to reschedule a couple times and he just held onto the part until I was ready. When I finally was able to go get it fixed, after giving me a ballpark total, he lowered the price by 20 dollars because he said it didn't take as long as he thought.. and he was right! My bumper was fixed in about 3 mins!! GREAT, GREAT SERVICE!!

Over all HORRIBLE and very unprofessional. They promised several times to complete the job and I have to take time off from work and found out the mechanic is either with the dentist, his car won’t start. A lot of the car parts that they installed fell off, the mechanic damaged the existing side lip. Their reason for all their mistakes - they said the parts were aftermarket not original parts. They demanded the payment but the job is not yet complete. When I complained to the owner, he said they didn’t have enough profit if they will fix the mistakes done. A Police has to appear to assist in temporarily fix and I was advised to look for another shop without returning my payment. KARMA!!!

Great service. The Caswells worked with my insurance company (USAA) and I barely had to do so much as raise a finger. Polite and helpful staff, which is why I will always support small business.
