I have been shopping in this store for 23 years but in recent months nothing is the same as before you have many new butchers which I understand maybe the salary is not what they would like but these gentlemen cut the meat very badly the chicken is never cut into pieces!! You can't even see which breast or thigh was, apart from the ranchera and the cesina, they are super thick, I would say put love into your work and you will learn better.

Great Menudo on the weekends! Carne Asada is flavorful, Carnitas are tender and crunchy! Great staff, always ready to serve.

I'd give zero stars if I could, tried to purchase ground pork meat and the small short manager guy rudley said no because the grinder will have to be cleaned. Meaning these people don't wash and sanitize the grinder. Will never come back again.
