They did not give me straw when I bought a drink then the employee gets mad when I get my own straw so much drama for a straw when they could've just gave me one when I bought the drink. Some of the employees we're also rude to me. Also there are 4 self checkouts and one was down, when people needed help the employee was to busy talking on the phone to help people out she didn't even put the phone down when she was helping people. The A/C was not working to when I was there. this is by far the worst ranchmarket I have been to, it had long lines, bad service, and no A/C. Will not be going back anytime soon. This place used to be really good about 2years ago then it has started to go downhill from there

Very Small portions of meat corn and Rice. For $10The man in front of use got lots of meat . His cup of rice was over filled she had to force the lid on to close. This people choice how to serve best. Sad cause the taco Tuesday the lady's that serve or make tacos pack tacos with meat for Thier friends and it seems like we get the left overs of meat. This place sucks.I'll stick to Rancho GrandeOn Broadway and CentralYou order your food go seat at a table and they bring you your food. No more Ranch Market for me. I'll drive the extra mile.

Hoy fui a comprar pan dulce y total deserción .las conchas estaban bien duras y el sabor fue muy pobre y no se diga del bolillo horrible y me pregunto que paso con la calidad de los productos . Por esta y por otras razones yo no compro en este lugar una gran desertion . Aparte que no es tan barato Ranch Market esfuérzate un poco más .

I was a regular costumer for over 8 years and today was the last day I purchased there. The service in the kitchen is the horse. The PAN has very poor selection and lately I had seen flies inside the main pan shelves. Today I was treated very poorly by 3 kitchen employees. Their ignorance show up to the fullest and enough is enough and bottom line what the real problem has been that members of The LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY we aren't welcome here and is a shame so I'll be taking my money where I am welcome.

Janet the manager or what ever she is hella rude ! Started talking about " I don't speak Spanish" in a rude way like what and then she talks Spanish to her coworkers so bad customer service ! Last time I came in she was talking to her other co worker talking about how we have so much food like escude me I didn't know that I couldn't buy my groceries for the week in a GROCEY store so annoying! Hella fed up with her she is so rude for no reason and thinks she's all that when she's not. I will not be coming her no more I've been coming here since I was a kid and for her to ruin the whole vibe for the store is a no and plus when ever she attends me she's always on her phone and stuff like hello you're working !

This is a smaller store, but it has all the same food as the rest. Unfortunately, the Chile Relleno was a watery mess. The breading was too thin and the pepper and cheese were drenched in a watery red liquid. The only salvation was the rice, but the price for the combo was almost 9 bucks. This is a $5.99 combo at best or better yet, skip this item.

went in today because we only needed a few items. due to COVID we should all the customers along with the emoloyees be wearing a mask. well not the case at this store location. the sea food counter employee did not change his gloves after he came from behind the counter to assist the customers his mask was below his nose and eventually fell below his mouth. we proceeded to the meat counter where several butchers working had their masks below their chins and the employee who c

The man handling the fish was very rude. We put in our order and he said it would be 10 minutes. We get back and wait some more and he never cooked it. Talked to my mother like she didn't know she was talking about and disregarded her and told the other person, "next." I insisted like WE DID PUT IN A ORDER. RUDE.

The bread from the bakery is so good. It's far tastier than the other places, it's a shame that there are always flies inside the display where the bread is. Fun fact, flies carry twice as many germs as cockroaches. I definitely would refrain from buying bread from this place. If there are flies in the bread there are more than likely flies making contact with food they sell as well. Hopefully they do something to kill all of the flies because this is a major health hazard and the bread really is good.

Wouldn’t recommend the rice , you could tell old rice was mixed in with some fresh rice ... there was clots of that where hard . Mentioned it to the manager and he first offered to exchange what I spent on rice for a dessert then came back and said rice was bad , wasn’t going to sit there and argue so as I’m leaving a lady walks up to me and gives me $2.00 when I spent more than $10 in rice since I had bought 3 plates that included the side(rice) and a extra medium size rice total 4 ! This store has been known for ripping people off and taking advantage of their customers as once I seen someone posted them and the manager on Facebook for a different complaint ... also now just realized I’m not the only one that’s noticed the poor effort they take when making certain foods since they have another poor review in the chorizo !
