“Had a great experience with camper vans.Our van was clean, spacious and exactly as advertised. We need up getting our van while it was on sale so the price was really great. During our trip, something happened to the engine and our car broke down but we called the roadside assistance and they connected us to a mechanic shop in the town we were in and they were able to get in fixed in 12 hours at no cost. Super easy and accessible”

“Ordinarily, when I reserve a car and am offered an alternative I take it because it's usually an upgrade. This time, when I showed up to pick up the AWD/4WD SUV I'd reserved and was told there were none available, I did not accept the pickup truck I was offered as my travel plans included a stay in the mountains of northern Arizona and southern Colorado (where weather and driving conditions can be unpredictable). Once I explained why I wanted the vehicle I'd reserved, the customer service rep at the counter did everything within his power to find exactly what I was hoping for at a nearby location. Another employee then drove me to that location, expedited the check-out process by taking care of me personally (instead of dropping me off and having me wait in line). As it was, I did end up driving home in snow, sleet and occasional heavy downpours...and, thanks to the caring customer service I received, I drove confidently in the perfect vehicle for conditions.”

“I was finally able to get to receive a nice vehicle that exceeded my expectations. extending rental was easy. My only dissatisfaction was with a 2- inch scratch the kids caused on the truck area. I had to pay $500 dollar deductible to company and they decide if I get anything back for cost to repair scratch. I know it would not cost this amount of money to repair scratch. I believe company should provide me a copy of the repair bill. Be honest.”

“What can I say!!!!!!! I called on Saturday, selected the new 2019 Vantage not without the amazing assistance and follow up of Patrick O'hara. Finalized the details on Sunday and picked up my new car on Monday. Having been in the automotive business for over 30 years, Patrick you are first class and Penske Automotive I'm sure knows they're lucky to have you. You were ever so patient, answered all my questions and not once did you exhibit anything but 110% professionalism. Worthy of 10 stars if the scale went that high. For anyone looking at any of the 5 or 7 brands that Patrick represents, he most definitely is your guy. The Sales Manager Burkhardt, (please please forgive the spelling) was most gracious tending to any and all needs to make the experience even more over the top. Little touches in his position that he was gracious with was more than appreciative. And finally Alexandra putting my gate code decal on my headlight with the most steady hands was a very nice touch. “We had the best experience which deserves 5 stars. We've been coming to this location since 2012, absolutely, no issues, no attitudes, everyone is always professional and nice and there's always enough vehicles. When my husband and I arrived there was a long line but the wait wasn't long at all. Justin assisted us, he was very helpful, he explained all the steps describing what add-ons were available in detail and answered all our questions. We opted for the damage waiver that keeps you from paying anything for any damage that is not your fault. We highly recommend Enterprise Insurance. Justin is a Rockstar.
Bringing the car back was also no issue Brooklyn assisted us and was very friendly and courteous and made sure to offer a printed receipt to us. We have nothing but good things to say about our experiences. Our experience with this crew at Enterprise was excellent. Great staff, great service, very accommodating, we highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental vehicle to go to this location.”
