Amazing car buying experience! Tanner Whitworth was friendly, professional, patient, knowledgeable, flexible, and went above and beyond to earn my business. If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I would.
I’ve bought cars from other dealerships and often walked away feeling taken advantage of or like the customer service was subpar. Just the opposite here - I would recommend Tanner and Camelback Toyota to anyone. Thanks for a fantastic and efficient experience.

I was looking for a Toyota Corolla Hybrid, apparently there in great demand, I was waiting for over 2 weeks, then Paloma(she was amazing) called me and let me know one rolled of the truck. she sent me an uber to test drive and buy my new car. she was so pleasant and helpful. I will be back because of her.

This place is sleazy and inappropriate. My family was just in a bad car accident 2 weeks ago and has been looking for a new car. We really wanted a Toyota since I gave one and they have served us well. After all the anxiety and stress with looking for a new car, my parents took their ONE day off in the week to go test drive a car. They made an appointment to test drive this said car. When they got to the dealership, the car they originally wanted to test drive, wasn’t even ready to view. —they drove all the way from Buckeye—. This car was in the shop and instead of having it ready to view and drive, the sales people wasted my parents time and energy and redirected them to a different car and model than what they were looking for.
At this point, Katya went to grab another sales person to help show other cars and close a sale. This new man insulted my mother, who wanted to consign on a car and told her they would “Uber her home” since she “wasn’t needed”. They then had to get a manager to help alleviate the situation. It’s safe to say, they did not buy a car from her e and probably never will.

Beware of what you are being charged for. Inspect your charges and make sure they record anything that may be wrong with your vehicle, if Toyota does not record the problems then after warranty it is the buyers fault. Make sure they communicate exactly what they are servicing or you will be left with a bill you didn't expect. Please understand that synthetic oil changes are every 10,000 miles, don't let them talk you into oil changes every 5,000.

New cash purchase was uneventful in 2021 and have been servicing vehicle at dealership since. 33K miles in, transmission went out and with part on back order and no repair date, we’re out of our Highlander. Service personnel has been pleasant to work with, not their doing transmissions have been faulty, but had I known dealership would not offer/cover a rental, we would have purchased elsewhere. Sometimes being down the street from somewhere isn’t as convenient when you’re out of your full size SUV. Something to think about.

I always have a great experience at Camelback when I come in for services on my leased vehicle. Lane got me in at 7:30 and I was out by 9:15! Such speedy service!!

Cammeron is the best Camelback Toyota representative I’ve dealt with in five years of owning my Toyota.
I’ve had some terrible experiences with this team over the years but I’m very thankful to have been working with Cammeron my last few trips in for service. He’s thorough, detailed and the only rep at this dealership I feel listens to my questions and provides transparent guidance on the maintenance of my car.

explained the problem I am having with voice comms via cellphone connected to the truck via Bluetooth. Service rep Cammeron Clark was able to quickly troubleshoot problem, write it up for the service dept techs to isolate problem to a bad microphone in the truck. Currently waiting for part.
Nothing but goods things to say about Mr Clark, friendly, professional, definitely five stars.
