Again, this is what I faced for 1.5 years with Camelback Toyota. After I wrote the review about my bumper, I get an automatic defensive response that all repairs are done before leaving the lot - well, JOSH S, why don't you tell that to your salesman who told me that they couldn't do it that day and to call them to set an appt (which, as I previously stated, took 3 phone calls and an in-person visit) to 'fix' the bumper - NOT ??? Way to deflect accountability to the customer and not the dealership, more importantly, your salespeople. Not a problem since I have already started a case with Toyota corporate as well as one with the Arizona Attorney General. I expect your salespeople to be honest and, above all, do what they say they're going to do RIGHT, THE FIRST TIME. But, thanks so much for your response. Way to go, CT. Another reason why I will never be back to lease or buy from this place and no one I know will either. Josh S. I went to this dealership a couple of weeks ago and I didn't appreciate the Sales manager as he was extremely degrading towards me. Maybe he wouldn't have lost a sale if he didn't approach me in such a rude manner. My word of advice is that he shouldn't be chewing gum like a cow in front of customers as it is very unprofessional. Also he should fix his teeth especially since he expressed that he makes a lot of money. If he wants to educate the public, regarding the sale process then perhaps should learn how to teach in a different manner that is not disrespectful to someone's profession. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY never buy a car here, and will discourage my friends and family from coming to this dealership. PS.... I do not appreciate the 6,000 in additional Fees

Worst car buying experience ever. First of all the cars on Camelback Toyota website never are available on the lot. I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe with a 1 year warranty on Memorial Day weekend, It took them 8 days to call me and tell me it didn't pass inspection. I went in again and test drove a car only to find out later it already had been sold. I purchased a Ford Explorer only to find out about 5 days later the motor was bad. At that point I demanded my money back. I have no problem with their service department but my experience with used car sales was horrible.

Well Joshii I emailed your hurricane Katrina and no response just like Arron arce said, "he knows everyone at cambleback and I won't be able to do nothing about the situation" when he came and threw threats that night at me and my family and that YOU guys won't be able to do anything about the situation. Joshii I don't know if you win by the hour or by the percentage but WOW you know how to fool people when they are satisfied but when someone is pissed off you absolutely do nothing it and oh yea I talked to his manager. I just want what's right and this Arron arce came and yelled like a psychopath and had my neighbors peaking outside and that's the kind of people you hire? And oh yea i still got all the text messages. Arron remember " i know everyone all round" you think that frights me from a goof from you and I paid for everything that you did on my 4Runner 2002 not my dad and that's after my surgery or not I would of had auto shop done it for me or a auto shop. This is important for the public to know. It is better to go to an auto shop you can trust believe me people.

Sold me a car over the weekend that broke down 3 days later. Called in and spoke to a manager and he said that he's unable to assist as it was already purchased. Recommended I have it serviced but shouldn't it already be in good condition when I just bought it ? Very unfortunate as used up my remaining cash and trusted their multi point inspection

There's a lot of car dealerships in town and I'd recommend avoiding this one at all costs. Scummy dealers and even scummier managers. Would recommend literally any other one in the metro area. If you decide to purchase here you have been warned!

I am starting to rethink my Toyota purchase. Had my tags sent to an old address when I purchased at Camelback Toyota, had to go to the DMV and purchase new ones. Thought I was doing an oil change on 5/25/24 at Toyota of Surprise, turns out it was just a tire rotation. Is the oil changes on my new Camry every 10000 miles, I am assuming it's because they are covered with my warranty. I was notified of an oil leak on a brand new car, I scheduled an appointment with Alex. Please see Alex if you want bad customer service and no options for the repairs. I will take my car to another dealer, thanks Toyota of Surprise for nothing. I can see why there were no customers waiting while I was there.

What a dreadful ordeal marred by unethical conduct. I was in the process of purchasing a 4Runner TRD Pro from a salesperson. After test driving the vehicle, we reached an agreement on the price--MSRP plus taxes, doc fee, and registration. However, upon the car's arrival at the dealership, the salesperson attempted to tack on $5k worth of unwanted aftermarket components. I firmly stated that I wouldn't proceed with the purchase unless these additions were removed. In response, he claimed to have consulted his manager and assured me via text message they would honor the original deal at MSRP. Yet, upon my arrival at the dealership, I was informed of a mandatory $500 Zatek package fee. Feeling deceived, I left without making the purchase. It's disheartening to have invested so much time communicating with the dealership, only to encounter such last-minute attempts to impose additional charges.

We went to Camelback Toyota to find a used car during their liquidation sale. They were advertising that they had many used cars for under $10,000. We showed up in two separate cars and as we were coming out of the doors of our cars, two separate salesman approached us. Once they realized we were together they jokingly fought over who was going to help us. When they found out we were there for a used car instead of a new car, they both walked away. We finally found a used car sales rep, who took us inside and took the information of what we were looking for. He then disappeared for a good 45 minutes. He said he was going to show us three different cars. Never said what they were or gave us any information on them. It took another 20 minutes for him to pull one of the cars up. Mind you he did not show us any inventory or ask us what we would be interested in seeing, he just brought out cars. The first car he brought out was a Dodge Charger with 170,000 mi on it. We had said we wanted something with low mileage. Plus, it was not a very fuel efficient car. Then we sat for another half hour before he showed up with his " manager " who said he was there to help expedite the process since we had already been there for almost 2 hours. A half an hour later after we gave him the same exact information that we gave the other salesman, I had to chase him down as he was coming out of the bathroom and he said "oh they're bringing another car down for you." The car that they showed us was beat up, and very old. At that point my son just wanted to take his keys and go home. It was an extremely disappointing situation, and I thought everything was handled extremely poorly. How do you not show someone inventory instead of just pulling cars up willy-nilly? We will never go back there again.

I would like to take the time to thank the team at Camelback Toyota for their exceptional service. I would 100% recommend any that is looking to purchase a vehicle new or used to take the time to visit them. I would like to thank Angel Mariñez who personally helped me trough the whole car buying experience. He was great help and worked diligently in responding to any questions or concerns. He was very helpful in getting all my documentation in line for my financing and when I was ready to finalize my purchase everything was seamless. I just had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with Jesse Lopez, New Car Sales Manager at this Toyota location! Here's the story: On my current search for a new vehicle, I have stopped at this dealership a few times. To be honest, I didn't have particularly good experiences... So I just decided that I would deal with other dealerships. However A couple weeks go by.... and I get a totally random call from Jesse Lopez (who I just mentioned above). I've never met him or spoken with him up to this point. Jesse tells me he saw in their records that I was interested in a particular vehicle and that he's got one coming in that matches my preferred specs...and he was able to get the price where I needed it to be and work in my trade-in! Jesse was extremely professional and very easy to talk with. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He didn't play head games about the price. He kept me informed of my vehicle's status via text and helped make sure that I would be met at the front door of the dealership by a salesperson with the keys, the day my car would arrive! I hope that Toyota takes note of this type of professionalism. My advice to all looking for a new car from Toyota....call and demand to talk to Jesse first, to avoid all the hassles that often come with buying a new car.

After an issue with the original service, and many attempts to reach a Fleet Service Director. Jimmy, a service director, was able to reach out to me and mend the issue at hand! We were able to come to an agreement about my truck being fixed correctly and for a reasonable price. Took it in and they even through an extra service in to make it right.
