I came into the camelback ford dealership about 3 months ago for service on my F150 and walk led over to the Lincoln dealership to ask someone to show me a Navigator. A shorter young women walked up to me told me she was newer etc and said she could show me the car but that we first needed to sit at her desk. I said I just wanted to look and she still said I needed to sit down first. Ok. Then she starts asking about trade info, income, credit. I said “no… you don’t understand I just want to look” after about 20 mins of going back and forth, with this woman who clearly wasn’t listening I got up and left without even seeing the car!! She acted like she was shocked and said the manager says she has to ask these questions. Total BS. Now, I requested info online… no one could even call me to provide info. I just went to Sanderson and purchased a new Reserve trim Navigator. Camelback Ford and Lincoln has the worst service. Infinitely better service elsewhere.

I'll stop by Tuesday to make a appointment My back Window Broke Come in the next day Early in the morning before they open Allen Rains Written up I told him to do the other side too car he say Get it in so I Went have sit down Wait room I set for 5 hours It shouldn't take that long to fix window regulator Waiting to time Go to work I went to work come back to pick up my car my car wasn't done I had to wait next day to bring my car back to get it fix Did not have the part for other side of my window and was a switch who could got that from ebay leaking Mercury place rock all of I paid $825 to Window fix I respect My other side get done too that's why pay you $825 to do maybe berkshire Hathaway And the owner name

ZERO STARS! I specifically asked if they would run credit as a “hard or soft” inquiry and was told it was a soft inquiry. Got home and well well, a HARD inquiry is against my credit. Shocking. As if they did not do it 3 years prior to me. I have proof and recordings. I was threatened last time i made a review and i better not be threatened again for this one. I want honesty and give honesty. Camelback FORD and LINCOLN are HORRIBLE! Full of liars and scammers.

Ruben was great. We went in originally to look at a used expedition and he had it all ready to go up front for us. We ended up making him run around to bring us Lincoln Nav’s and he never complained once doing all the extra work in this heat! He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable and honest. We ended up our dream car. We recommend working with Ruben as he will work hard and work to get you the right price.

This is a review of my experience at Camelback Lincoln used car section on 6/1/2024.
I contacted Camelback Lincoln because I was interested in a 2016 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. I called to speak to someone about this van, and explained that I In live far East Tucson. I asked if the vehicle was in good condition. I asked about the moulding around the windows, the condition of the seats, and if the vehicle looked as good as their photos make the vehicle appear and was this vehicle worth the drive.
The person I spoke with said yes it was in very good condition. I said I live in Tucson and they offered to take a video of the interior.
I reviewed the short video and from the angle of the video the van appeared nice.
I told the salesperson I would come to Phoenix to see the vehicle. They asked for a deposit to hold the vehicle, thankfully I refused. I called this morning to inform the dealership that I would be driving to Phoenix to see the vehicle and would they do a courtesy hold for me. they did.
I received several calls inquiring my ETA, there was a lot of traffic from the construction and we arrived later than expected.
When we arrived we were immediately greeted and I explained that our bank was waiting for the salesperson's call to get started on the pre-approved loan.
We asked to see the vehicle and couldn't believe our eyes. The vehicle was filthy, there was trash and food grime all over the car. The seats were sticky. The front seats were dusty and tacky.
The headliner looked like someone had sprayed the vehicle with a can of soda.
There were missing pieces of moulding, and the rear hatch was missing a piece of the inside panel and had had deep gouges. The salesperson said that they were changing auto detailing companies and that the vehicle wasn't really that dirty.
They assured me the vehicle has passed their inspections but when the salesperson tried to start the vehicle the engine didn't ignite, and it sounded like the starter was spinning. We started the car several times and each time it was sluggish.
We went for a test drive and the A/C was as cool as a 1960's school bus.
When we returned the salesman Bash, offered to clean and detail the vehicle in an hour. I said this vehicle will take more than an hour look at all the crayons marks and the carpet is stiff and encrusted with some sort of spilled liquids. The rear entertainment system was full of crusty food debris and the buttons and knobs were thick with grime.
They offered that they could clean the car in one hour or give me $300. I kindly declined. I'm not sure what they inspected, because the moulding around the rear tire well on the driver's side was hanging and flapping in the wind.
If you're interested in buying a used vehicle from Camelback Lincoln think twice about putting down a deposit if you haven't seen the vehicle. Their website listed features that the vehicle did not have.
We are thoroughly disappointed and disgusted at the condition of the vehicle especially since the vehicle was priced at above average price for that year, make and model. Shame on you Camelback Lincoln.

BUYER BEWARE! I inquired about a pre-owned vehicle and they roped us into the dealership only to tell us that the car already had a deposit on it from someone out of state coming the next day. We were in contact with John Ybarra and drove far with a baby and toddler in tow with very specific intentions of looking at the exact year/make/model/trim that we inquired about. Obviously the salespeople at this dealership lack integrity. And the best part is that John said the buyer was coming from Utah and then the used car manager followed us out and said the buyer was coming from texas! So read between the lines….. the car either wasn’t there to begin with, or they lied about the availability just to get us there and try to slam us with sales tactics by offering other vehicles with totally different make/model/features that were “basically the same”.
We’ll be giving our money to dealerships with integrity and people who are thorough and don’t waste our time

I came to Tempe from Texas for work. I traveled 1100 miles and when I got into Tempe my check engine light came on in my Lincoln Nautilus. I called Joseph on Monday morning and spoke to him and he said he could squeeze me in on wednesday. I got there at 7:00 in the morning, he said he would try to diagnose the problem and get it fixed that same day. He ordered me a Lyft to and from dealership. He contacted me later in the afternoon and said it was repaired and I could pick it up. After a terrible experience with another Lincoln dealership this place was a breath of fresh air. Thank you thank you thank you so much for helping this lady out. I was very nervous to drive back to Texas even after the repair but he assured me everything was fine.

A bunch of kids that dont know anything about the actual cars they are selling and process of selling! Spent 7 hours at dealership just to get to the end and find out the put the deal together without my trade in which I made clear a number of times that would need to be done to have a deal! They literally watched me clean out my old vehicle and transfer it all over to the new one for an hour, knowing I was going to trade it in and then when handing me the keys to the new car they asked how I was going to get both home!?!? The ole bait and switch game being played here! Wasted a lot of my time and horrible communication by untrained employees!
