Wish I could give lower then one star I was transferred over 4 time and it seems like no be knows what's going on. Can't get a estimate on anything like what. The whole staff sounds tired and bored while on the phone. Wish I didn't live near this horrible dealership

I really like my car, a 2022 Corsair I just purchased two weeks ago, and the one issue I had was taken care of completely in a reasonable amount of time. But I have a question now and I can't get anyone on the phone to help me. I am at my wit's end trying to just get a call through. I get someone on the phone, and they say they'll transfer my call and then I get an extension that just rings and rings. Very disappointing.

DO READ THE FINE PRINT on your sales contract and car fax report. I purchased an e-vehicle from Rick Silverman (Sales Manager) that because of an open recall issue prohibited the e-battery from being charged. Hence an e-vehicle that could not be operated as an e-vehicle. Most dealerships generally will not sell a vehicle that has an open safety recall on it but this dealership absolutely will. This dealership has no integrity. BEWARE.

Purchased a pre-owned Lincoln Corsair. Corey, our salesperson was personable, attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful in getting us into the right vehicle at the right price. The finance process with Travis was efficient and smooth. Expectations were exceeded.

The previous service advisor that I worked with was awesome and fair. My AC went out and it took them a while to fix for my 2018 Navigator. I got a loaner and was so happy with the price and service. I took my vehicle in because my windshield wiper fluid didn't come out and oil change was due. My sunroof that I never use looked like the strip was coming out. I got a call back that the whole sunroof had to be replaced at 4800 plus labor. I looked up and got my parts for 287.99 plus 29.99 for the tract. I found a ford certified guy who will repair for me and labor total was in the hundred mark not thousands. Lol sad the service department has sunk to this point. I liked Lincoln's. I did pay 690 for the new hood struts I needed and the new fluid pump though. Miss the previous fair and awesome service advisor for sure.

If I could give a zero, I would. I was lied to about the condition of the car I bought. I was then lied to on three separate occasions about the car being fixed after I brought it in. It was a nightmare. Avoid this place at all costs

I bought a Lincoln MKC from this dealership and ran into a few issues. The customer relations manger Sheilah was absolutely extraordinary and insured that everything was fixed in a timely manner. She was extremely helpful and communicated with me every step of the way. Rick the Service manager was also extraordinary between him and Sheila They really impressed me. I'm so thankful For them and everything the did for me. I'd highly recommend this dealer

I have had the privilege of purchasing my third (and favorite) Lincoln from Camelback Lincoln. My first was an MKZ, followed by a Corsair, and now a gorgeous Aviator. For many years, I had been loyal to one dealership, and my previous six vehicle purchases were characterized by exceptional customer service that set a high bar. However, since relocating to Arizona, I decided to explore new options and came across Camelback Lincoln through reviews. My sales associate, Trae, was both knowledgeable and adept at handling negotiations, and his impeccable manners, likely influenced by his years in the military and upbringing, left a positive impression. But here's where the experience took an unexpected turn. Trae scheduled our first service appointment months in advance on the same day we signed. Shortly after bringing the car home, I noticed an issue with the front passenger seat cooler. When I called to inquire if this could be addressed during the upcoming service, I was informed that all service work was booked months in advance and the shortest wait time I could expect was seven days. While this information surprised me, I knew that the Luxury Lincoln brand offers concierge service intended to alleviate such inconveniences. So, I added the concierge service for vehicle pick-up and the provision of a loaner car during the service period. As the service date approached, I received a reminder text, but there was no mention of the concierge service or the loaner vehicle. When I called to clarify, Brandon, who was understandably busy but polite, informed me that no loaner vehicle was available for me despite adding the service months ago. He also confirmed that my vehicle might have to be kept for up to seven days before they could examine the issue. The advice I received was, "Call another local Lincoln dealer." Instead, I contacted Lincoln Corporate headquarters because this was primarily a dealer issue, not a manufacturer problem, but they might want to know. However, the manufacturer might want to know that they risk losing a long-term customer due to dealership-related issues. Thanks to Noah at Lincoln, I could secure a service appointment with Fiesta Lincoln in just two weeks. They are going above and beyond by traveling from Mesa to Goodyear to pick up my car and leave me with a loaner vehicle, as per the concierge service. So, I suggest that if you are considering purchasing a Lincoln, you may want to look beyond Camelback Lincoln. Fiesta will undoubtedly earn my loyalty if they continue to provide the exceptional customer service I had experienced with my previous dealer before moving to Arizona. Regarding the brand itself, I absolutely adore my Aviator. It exudes luxury, and Lincoln has certainly won my heart with its products. Despite the dealership experience, I remain a devoted Lincoln enthusiast, hopeful that the brand's values extend beyond its dealerships. (and now that I see other reviews like this... wow. I'm off to leave a Google review because that is where I got positive vibes)

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Worst service experience ever! I was told a loaner car would be made available to me and when I showed up, they looked at me like I had two heads. Also had just purchased our Navigator outright from a lease buying the extended warranty. The extremely rude service agent did not even want to honor our warranty saying she did not see it posted in the system. After buying a vehicle that was nearly $100K, you would think you would be treated with some appreciation and respect...not here. If you are considering buying a Lincoln, we had a much better service experience at Sanderson Lincoln. After driving 3 Navigators, my experience here was so bad, I am actually considering trading in my Navigator for another luxury vehicle outside of Lincoln.

They sold me a used car and it turns out to be a piece of junk and they refused to buy it back. I tried everything to sell it but I was unable because it's a piece of junk. Therefore, I turned it back to the bank. I could not afford it nor the on going repairs. I will never buy from them again.

BUYER BEWARE- THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! They reserved a service appt and once they found out it was warranty work (which they get a lower rate for) it took them a week to plug it in for diagnostics. Booked a service reservation... took a week to service it. That's when the real trouble started. They had the vehicle of ours for over 4 months. No follow-up, I had to call weekly to leave messages only to have weeks go by without an update. Never could get the truth from them, at one point a manager even told me a specialist from Ford had to come out to repair it. When we FINALLY got the vehicle back, they didn't even wash it. HORRENDOUS, do yourself a favor skip this place, I wish I did!

I am NOT HAPPY with the service "refused" today at Camelback Lincoln. I very clearly wrote in the comments section while making my reservation online that it was to fix two recalls that emissions testing had turned up on the car. The gentlemen serving me said the time for the dealership to fix the problems had expired on May 2021. First, who got their car fixed during COVID--NO ONE and second, I never, ever received any notice of such recalls. You would think from the standpoint of customer service and safety that Camelback Lincoln would gladly do the repairs. My car mileage is under the expiration for the recalls. The date of the recall was 3-12-2015 and if my math is correct, I am still within the 10 year period. Not cool, bad customer relations and I will be contacting the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to let them know of this dealer's refusal to fix the recalls People should know that Camelback Lincoln is willing to put your safety at risk.
