Came in an hour before closing and knew the exact car I wanted. Shadeed took his time, showed me everything I needed to know a out my vehicle: good, bad and all. Was not rushing me at all and was very patient. The entire team made my experience seemless and ensured I had all the resources I needed. Afterwards I received followup from Shadeed and their Finance rep Ruben. I was able to reach out to both of them, and did, to ask followup questions on the vehicle quirks. Great experience for my first car purchase.

This is the second car I have purchased from Camelback Hyundai and I am thoroughly satisfied with the Dealership and both vehicles. I especially like the attentiveness and efficiency of the service department. Paul Steenman always takes such good care of me and my vehicle in a timely fashion.

This dealership ruined my car and has cost me thousands. I have a 2017 certified pre-owned Hyundai Tucson with 70k miles that didn't have issues until late September 2023. One day my car overheats and check engine light goes on. Take it in, they say it's a radiator issue and I replace it for $2k. Three weeks later I'm driving in middle of nowhere northern AZ, it overheats and engine completely blows out. Get the car towed in and it takes two weeks for them to provide an answer on the problem - need a new head gasket and say it's not under warranty. I have to bring my dad in to fight this with the manager since they were pretty dismissive to me as a woman. The service manager admits that they just fixed the radiator originally without digging deeper because it was the first thing they saw wrong with the car. It then takes nearly one month to get the coverage under the pre-owned warranty. As they work on the car, they realize the damage is bad enough a full engine replacement is needed. I don't learn of this for 1.5 weeks because my service advisor won't respond to my calls. It then takes almost another full month to get this approval with minimal communication to me. I finally get my car back the first week of January. During this time I had to fight with them for weeks to get coverage on a car rental and was only given 10 days. Only after I submitted a complaint to corporate Hyundai did I get reimbursed for the additional days I had to rent a car. From this experience and after years of needing to take my car here, I can say they provide the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Rude and incompetent staff who fail to provide the basic level of service you should receive when your car is in the shop. Miss their call? Good luck getting ahold of them within 1-5 business days. When my car was in their shop for months, I probably spent 4 hours a week just trying to get ahold of them for answers on status of my car or rental approval, even showing up in-person twice because I couldn't get answers. At one point, my advisor Shawn ignored my calls and texts for nearly two weeks and the service manager apologized when he learned I hadn't heard my entire engine needed to be replaced but they'd known for one week. Beyond this, I've had to bring my car in twice since January for issues that seem tied to the engine replacement they performed but they claim are not. I hope my review prevents someone else from going through the stress and costs I've experienced from working with this dealership. I don't believe they are trustworthy or honest and are much more willing to take advantage of women.

This dealership is currently going through a remodel and construction on the building. It is a little challenging to get through the entrance, but I want to say, IT IS WORTH IT. My husband and I went to another Hyndai dealership here in the valley earlier that day. We went away disillusioned from that transaction. However, I am SO happy I went to Camelback Hyndai. The service from the second you step in to the end of the transaction was met with understanding, excellent qualtrics, and a willingness to work out details that were important to us. I would highly recommend purchasing, leasing, and trading in vehicles at this location. Where the last dealership told us "it is mathematically impossible to get to your number", David Santiago and his team made us life-long customers. Don't sleep on this location due to the appearance during their transition. This location is by FAR the best place to purchase a vehicle.

Daniel Pacheco and Ray Ackerman were excellent with the customer services! We did not intend to purchase and were provided such good service and information that we bought a fully loaded 2024 Palisade and absolutley love it! I would encourage you to seek them out for exceptional service!

Paul S. demonstrated exceptional technical proficiency and mastery and provided me with the best customer experience ever. I highly recommend him, he is very personable and tried his best to make the cost affordable. He helped me apply for the credit they have and I ended up only paying $56. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend coming to this specific Hyundai dealer. The salesmen are funny and respectful. Very laid back environment and it felt like a social club as I was closing the deal rather than a sales office. Definitely takes the pressure off and the vehicle itself is worth the price. I went to 4 different dealers, all luxury brands. Lexus, Benz, BMW and Range Rover to find out my next lease but Sonata beat them all. Sonata was the best choice for the right price. It had better features than BMW, Benz and Range rover, if not the same features. Lexus had more features but features I did not need. Highly recommend this place and giving Hyundai a try. Oh and to the manager in Hyundai... please change the music. It's the only thing that killed the vibe. lol

Chester was great! Everything was super easy and smooth!! So happy with my car & the service at this dealership. Getting a car can be stressful and it was the opposite for me.
