Our Sales Rep Sarah was excellent to work with, very courteous, professional, was able to order a vehicle exactly what we were looking for. I give her 5 stars. I gave the dealership 4 stars. Because the extended warranty they offered was provided by MPP. It was not the Ford provided extended warranty. That wasn’t made very clear during our session with the finance manager and I assumed that what I was signing up for was the Ford extended warranty. I didn’t realize that distinction until I got home and had a chance to read through the actual contract paperwork. Since I really didn’t want the MPP service contract I called the next business day to see if I could get the extended warranty cancelled. (I had paid for that separately) The dealership told me they could not issue a refund, but I could call MPP and request the refund through them. Long story short, It looks like I will be able to get a full refund from MPP. The staff at the dealership were all very nice and quick to respond. I just wish it could have all been worked out through the dealership.

I brought my vehicle in because I had a light go off that the engine coolant was over temperature. I brought in my vehicle and was told off the bat that it would be 3-5 business days to get a diagnostic. At no time was there any offer or even discussion about getting me into a rental or a temporary loaner vehicle. Then, they held my car for almost another week to fix. I was egregiously overcharged for the repairs which were not clearly itemized on the receipt. I called in to the woman I spoke to initially (who had made it clear that she knew nothing about cars and at best was trying to parrot information from the mechanics). She was able to give me some information like the hourly rate but still could not break down a very large charge. I also found it puzzling that the labor described had taken 4-5 hours when ordinarily said labor takes half the amount of time I was charged for. Also, in the past when I take my vehicle to a Ford dealer they run it through the carwash before I pick it up. Despite the fact that this dealer had ample time to do so they did not. I will not be coming back to this dealership any time soon.

I scheduled an appointment for “The Works” package 2 weeks in advance. I was on time and then told the wait was 2-3 hours. It ended up taking 4 hours for my oil change. I had asked for “The Works” which included Synthetic Blend oil. I was told I could only have conventional or full synthetic- synthetic blend was not an option given. I was charged for a full synthetic oil change and rotation at $157 when the deal was supposed to be 89.99. In my vehicle, a grime/oil smudge is on the ceiling upholstery. As part of “The Works”, fluids are supposed to be checked and topped off. Instead, I was told I needed a coolant check that would run another 150. When I declined, my sales advisor said it was “illegal” to fill the coolant and referred me to AutoZone. There were issues with my front driver window when I got the truck back. Window was slow moving up and down. It was also marked as “good condition” on the multi point inspection. I was told I would have to leave my car for 3-5 days just to have it looked at. Multiple people were complaining in the lobby and offered courtesy washes. No offer for courtesy wash was offered to me. And to top it off, I had to reset oil life indicator myself, leaving me with doubts my oil change even happened. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any institution. I feel like I was taken advantage of and extremely taken advantage of. I feel I would have been better off going to a quick oil change chain rather than a dealership who is supposed to be elevated service. Your location is in desperate need of organizational change to fulfill the service needs of your clients and the standard of the Ford company.

I bought two trucks from them and I feel like I got ripped off both times. Won't happen again. Don't go there unless you want to overpay

Service Rep Angela Ortiz was terrific. I had a problem 1800 miles from home on my 2023 Explorer ST. She expedited the repair and got me on the road quickly. Honestly, the best Service Advisor I've ever worked with.

Constant harassing phone calls and emails. I bought a truck and asked them not to contact me and still continued to receive contact. Literally while on the phone telling them not to contact me, they started asking me tons of questions about why I didn't buy with them.

Josh was awesome to work with from start to finish!! He was very personable to both myself and my husband. He was definitely the right sales person for us and got us into the Expedition we really wanted. We would definitely come back just to work with Josh again!

From Texas. We were out traveling with our fifth wheel when our tow truck became disabled. We were in the Grand Canyon nice place but not for breaking down lol?. Truck was in bad shape went into limb mode Grand Canyon Area, Flagstaff, Williams nothing no one would help us they were either uncertain or too busy very vague. checked in Phoenix. No one had a truck that could pull our fifth wheel on the lot. And a few of the dealerships were more concerned about people on their lot, buying a car right then didn’t really have the time to talk to me or help… Until we came across Mitch at Camelback Ford, Mitch was fantastic very informative and very helpful person treated us like family not just some customer with a number trying to make a buck off of… He help us every step of the way VIP treatment lol even help transferring our stuff from one truck to another. Travis in the finance department was willing to take the time to talk me through everything until I understood what I was buying…. LOL he even did a good job on trying to get me to buy extended warranty, Didn’t really want to came in not wanting to, but after an extensive talk with him, he broke me down LOL ? yeah I got it. Hope I don’t need it but if I do, I hope it pays off.

Awesome team from mobile service who was fast, efficient and friendly to the finance team that went above and beyond! Absolutely loved how smooth the process went and it does help to inquire about what your other options are when it comes to car repair, buying a car, trade-in value, interest rates and more. Ask questions, listen to the options, don’t be so quick to shut the professionals down. Be open to finding a solution to your problems, who knows you might have a wonderful experience like I did! Say Hi to Angela and Sandi in car services. Joe and David in Sales who have a great team of managers! Thank you all at the Camelback Phoenix AZ location.
