I couldn't be happier with their service. Everything was seamless. The representatives at the front desk couldn't be more professional and pleasant. The person who inspected my car was also professional and very pleasant. Their smiles made me feel welcomed and the urgency doing their paperwork for me was great to see. Their office texted me to update me on each process of the job on my car. Loved that. I'd give this place 10+ stars if I could. Diana S.

Called and made an appointment for an estimate, gave them the make and model of the vehicle when I scheduled. I arrived for my appointment on time and had to wait about 15 minutes for the estimator. She comes out, sees that I have a Range Rover and says that they don't work on luxury cars but she could still write up the estimate. I asked why they didn't tell me that when I called but she didn't know. She said it would take 1-2 days for the estimate. Estimate never arrived, so I called Adam Quiles the Collision Estimator three times.. no call backs. So yeah, huge waste of my time and it delayed settlement of my claim by another week. I wouldn't even call this terrible customer service, it's just no service at all.I took my car to Ultra Collision, had the estimate in hand in 15 minutes. I've used Ultra previously and the work is always top notch, so if you're looking for a good shop with quality customer service avoid Camelback Collison and pick a shop that cares.

Let’s start with the sign posted on the front of the business..we fix ALL makes and models! You need to update that to make it truthful by adding..if we have the tools!! I can’t make this up!I didn’t want to return after the last encounter at this place with my husband’s car. The insurance said it was their preferred shop and my husband was wanting to give them a second chance. A Manager took over his repairs after the initial cluster F and made it right for him. I was reluctant and should have went with my gut instinct! We get an estimate, they schedule the car to be dropped off. They were told to let us know once parts arrived then we would drop off. Got everything scheduled through the insurance company. Drop off the car, pick up the rental. Literally 5 minutes after arriving home we get a call from the woman who is overseeing this repair. We can’t fix your car, we don’t have the tools! So you’re going to have to come back and pick up your car!!! WHAT INSANITY IS THIS??The customer service is horrible especially with this female that has once again messed up on another car repair. The lack of concern for the inconvenience is met with a sorry. No explanation as to how this could have happened!SERIOUSLY..you don’t have the tools but you go through all the motions even to the point of dropping off the vehicle before you even say anything!!!Management should educate the team on what vehicles they are able to repair and the ones they are not able to repair because you don’t have tools!

Repair looks great, and I didn't get comps (because I needed it fixed fast) so I don't know if it was a fair price, but the communication was awful and there was nothing efficient about it. I was told 3 days, it took 11. I received two phone calls 'updating' me, but they had no explanation for the delay, even after they looked into it. This was a cash pay, no insurance or 3rd party barriers.

I called with a simple request to understand if it was possible to fix some small dents on the hood of a 4Runner I was considering buying. I called three times across across two days and was put on hold every time. The first two times I had to hang up before anyone answered. The third time I waited 15+ minutes but finally got someone. She said I'd have to make an appointment to have the hood evaluated. When I asked instead for a simple quote on replacing the hood, she said no one could help me. I assume the cost is $2k or more...and might have been worth it to me. Unfortunately, they weren't interested in investing a few minutes to find out.

They advertise ALL makes and models repaired...FALSE STATEMENT!! Better make sure they have the tools!! I didn't want to return after the last encounter at this place with my husband's car. The customer service is horrible especially with this female that has once again messed up on another car repair. The lack of concern for the inconvenience is met with zero empathy! No explanation as to how this could have happened! SERIOUSLY..you don't have the tools but you go through all the motions even to the point of dropping off the vehicle before you even say anything to the customer! DO BETTER!!

OH LET ME TELL YOU! How DISGUSTED I AM to get a call from my mom about her experience today. A 65 year old lady trying to get help on her truck and DAVID WALTER was a complete asshole to her!!! Really?!?? Is this the world we live in now???? There was a wire hanging out from her truck and first the front desk lady was VERY rude to her saying they do not do electrical. My mom explained how David told her to bring in a new light and they would replace it so obviously they left the wire hanging for that reason! David happens to walk up at the front desk so my mother asked him to go outside with her to look at it and he completely denied that they did it!!! Then my mom goes on to ask him if he can handle the wire and he coughs up an attitude and literally RIPS THE WIRE OFF!!! And says "WELL THERE YA GO!" And WALKS AWAY!!!!?? What the actual fuck! This really pisses me off, especially being somebody that works with seniors, and you're going to treat somebody like that?!!!! I would absolutely give this business zero stars, and will be telling anybody that contracts them to do NO business with them. DAVID needs to be fired! Do better. Be better humans. Do your damn jobs!

Called to schedule inspection for estimate after a crash. They rerouted the call to the Toyota dealership without notice, so when we arrived for the appointment there was no appointment. Toyota dealer won't fix a Hyundai. 4-day wait for next appointment at Camelback Collision. Very poor customer service. I've had 2 vehicles repaired there, I will never go back.

Is it so hard to provide a quote by end of day as promised so I can get my car fixed? Every time I call which is 3 times now they send me to Ben’s line who does not like to follow through. What is the point of taking time out of my day to drive to this establishment to be told this would just be for a quote and to not even get said quote. I will be going to a different place this is ridiculous.

This place is hot Chinatown garbage! However, not even the most desperate street raccoon would forage through this steamy mess of a business. Terrible time management, my car has been in the shop since SEPTEMBER 2nd. That’s right - almost three months! The communication on their end as to why there was this hold up was so pitiful, not only for me but for my poor insurance claim adjuster who also regularly comments on their abysmal communication. When I finally reached my mechanic last week, he said that all of the parts had arrived (apparently the first one they ordered wasn’t up to insurance standards, whatever that means) and they spent another month procuring other parts with what felt like almost aggressive apathy (is that even possible?) towards me and my vehicle.Anywho, my mechanic who’ll remain nameless since I’m so *nice* said that he had to check his “labour hours” (whatever tf that means) and that it will be yet another TEN DAYS before I get my vehicle back, which will bring us almost nice and neatly to the three month mark. The amount of money I’ve had to put out on Ubers and rental cars during this time is so insane, not to mention their phone system, communication, care, constant assurance that it will be ‘another week or two’ for three god-forsaken months.I hope when we inevitably reach nuclear winter that this locale is ground zero for the first bomb. This shop is rotted. Stay away; stay far far away. :)
