I called the manager with an issue I had and I was blown away by the customer service I was shown by the manager working here at this location. I appreciate the service that was given to me. Definitely made me want to come visit her again

To Eric Lopez I'm sorry you feel that way but sir you just insulted the hardest working supervisor I know. And I've known her for 8 plus years . And to answer your question if you're wife excepted the job that means she excepted the terms of agreement which includes the 15 minutes break you're complaining about. I really again wished you worked here to see what it's like . Thank you have a good day.

Today in the morning I saw an unpleasant scene in the store! a lady who was very kind receiving customers but very rude with an apparently new employee yelling at her and telling her to pay attention in front of customers!! I found that pathetic!! I won’t comeback no more ?

This location is unorganized. Everything is everywhere and on top of everything else. It looks chaotic when you first walk in. Very difficult to find what I needed.

Went to Burlington to buy a suit and purchase a statue as well. I waited in line for 20 minutes. I was helped by associate named Hope. She was very nice but I could tell that her mind was somewhere else. When I return home I realize that the statue was not in the bag. I called to the store and talk to mr. Marco an associate at the store. I told him what happened he got the manager for me name Sandra. I informed her of my concern because no one related to her the situation. I also informed her that I live far from the store and that it will cost me more and gas that I paid for the item. So I think it would be best for me just to get a refund back to my credit card. She let me know that the store does not give refunds unless you come to the store.. I understand the policy, But that does not apply to this situation. Because this was not my fault. And I should be able to email the receipt and ID to and have the money put back on the credit card I use at the at their store. I did not pay for this I cash. I also do not appreciate the managers rudeness and the lack of interest empathy. She just told me to call back on Monday to speak to a lady named Maria. About getting help. I feel like she should have took him my information and had Maria call me . If you want to buy something from the store please check your bags before you leave.And be prepared to wait in line for over 20 minutes. I understand this was a simple mistake. It was the lack of empathy and that and the unprofessionalism that bothered me as a loyal customer. I spent over $150 at thisstore.

Found a few things. Entrance to mall was closed and other entrance was closed to those wanting to enter due to police activity. They were looking for an individual. Shoppers were let out but you had to go to a mall entrance to get back in.

Used to work here, Place is awesome! Alot of options. I see negative reviews about the mess but you can’t expect the workers to be right behind disrespectful customers cleaning up after them the moment they decide to make a mess. Customers should do better & take care of their kids and have some respect instead of blaming the workers & the store ?.

No customer service, no fitting rooms available, stains on most of the clothing and shoes and pretty much every where else in the store. It's disgusting!

I went there to go get my boss a birthday present I found exactly what I was looking for I bought her a juicy couture purse. They had a really nice selection of juicy couture and other purses as well they were well stock.
