Office worker Eleazar has a very unpleasant attitude. The owners should inspect the operation of the business. The guy does not fit for any type of job. He blatantly ignores customers. Need to be fired ASAP .

recently spent nearly $3,000 on a window and door at Building Materials Outlet, expecting a smooth process given the substantial amount of money I was spending. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but positive.
When I went to pick up my items, the man at the front desk displayed an incredibly poor attitude. He was rude and dismissive, instructing me to go around the building to pick up my purchase. After following his instructions, I found the door locked. Frustrated, I returned to the front desk, only to be met with more rudeness. Instead of helping, he sarcastically and rudely told me to have a good day.
This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially after spending such a large amount of money. I would not recommend Building Materials Outlet to anyone and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere that actually values its customers.

This is an amazing and addictive place! An awesome friend of mine recommended it because I needed a cheap 36x80 exterior door that I could cut a hole in for a doggy door.
I found one here for $40.
They are even open on Saturday!
Also, the people who work there are very polite, friendly and helpful.

This used to be an awesome place to shop for home projects. We could find some great deals, great pricing. Now it's pretty much at or above retail pricing. Very disappointing.

Excellent place to pick up good deals on new windows, doors cabinets, etc. large selection very friendly. Nice guys that work there Nate Sr. went out of his way to help me with the problem I had on an item I recommend this place highly especially if you are doing home improvementof any kind.

The nastiest people I've ever dealt with in retail. Customer service gets a zero. This place was recommended to us by a friend but it's not worth the time to go there.Very limited selection of most items, except windows.

My husband called to make an offer of $25 each for 25 DRD5s lighting because BMO pricing was higher than Home Depot...then add 12% fee + tax...not a smart deal. Eli quickly said yes over the phone to $25 offer. We drove from Anthem to get them. We arrived and saw other lighting at $18. Eli said he probably could mark the others down to $18 because they've been sitting there a long time. Several employees were talking about the pricing and we were ignored. They helped others check out before us. We just stood there. My husband walked up to the window twice and I finally walked up out of frustration of being ignored and Eli was curt and said,"we don't negotiate." He was the one that accepted my husband's phone offer of $25! I know the sign says they don't negotiate. They negotiate. We've negotiated windows down. We wouldn't have driven 2 hours for an item we could get cheaper 5 minutes from our home. We have spent thousands of dollars at BMO, but we will never step foot in there again. Pros: you can find bargains on windows, but really check them over. Cons: Their bathroom is usually disgusting. Ewww!Make sure you look things over very carefully before purchasing.Tips:IMHO...we got cheaper higher quality cabinets at largest cabinet company in town. Even though BMO employees bad mouth this company, we were treated great at other company. BMO baseboards are about the same price as big box store.Our experience over the last several years: We bought a defective $1000 door from BMO. Didn't save us any money because we had to fix the door. An 11ft window was broken. Had to buy replacement. Today, Eli gave my husband a firm yes on $25 for lighting and reneged on his word. BMO...you lost a good customer.

Very helpful employee when we went in looking for cabinets for our bathroom. He was pleasant and easy to talk to . Very big warehouse a little overwhelming with all the materials. The lighting is very poor in the warehouse not sure if they have better lighting just not in use all the time. Some of the merchandise is hard to look over because of the size of the item. Very packed rows not all in an order to shop easily you have to look and dig through a bit .I did not ask for help but I’m sure someone would have helped me .The prices seem good .
