I've been by twice and both times and the staff has been patient and explained the products.I was looking at in detail.I live in Gilbert but will travel to this place to buy my bud equipment!I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the gentlemen that helped me but you're the reason I'll be back!It's so refreshing to have great customer service!THANK YOU ?

Not to speak of merchandise knowledge...... What kind of a gang of evil tartars has been my take....... Store clerk minded individuals who will fall headlong into any evil stream of gossip that comes their way... Staying numb in the brain for fear of not being part of the tribe and losing their job....... These are people with a cheap outlook... Who are only good enough to sell things and collect your money and give it to their would be tyrant boss ... If this review was helpful then you are against groupthink mentalities gone viral

This has to be one of my favorite spots ALWAYS A+ service bought a grinder about a week ago and was unhappy with it I was taken care of with no hassle. If you have not been here definitely stop in and check them out they have lots of local glass art and snacks!! And a second location as well ?

I mainly just buy vapes from here but they have an excellent selection of all other smoke accessories. The staff are very friendly & helpful, prices are reasonable. I recommend Bud’s for all your smoking needs.
