***DO NOT USE THEM.....IF YOU DO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING*******SEE UPDATE ON BOTTOM OF PAGE TO PROVE THEY ALSO LIE!!***Had an old ford truck that had a leaking gas tank. I found one tank and took it to them and asked DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE REPLACING GAS TANKS? I never have so I had no understanding of any issues that arose from a removal AND THEY STATED THEY HAVE DONE LOTS!. The tank was installed and the roll over valve was stuck closed, the tank was smoke check by Bryden and I did not know or request that but they seemed to, and I am glad they did, but then why did they NOT test the roll over valve?that was their miss, AND THEY REFUSE TO MAKE IT RIGHT EVEN THOUGH THEY overcharged me for this whole process. Now I have to spend 10 minutes putting in 2 gallons of gas because the fill tube is the only vent and it immediately fills with fuel as you pump it in..THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!!
UPDATE: 6/21/24 You must be stupid to think I could not prove you did this. You can add lying to the reasons NOT to be taken by this shady organization. HERE IS THE RECEIPT PROVING I WAS IN YOUR SHOP. AND! to boot, when I complained to you, your response was you cannot remove the rollover valve because it might never seal. Well guess what , I did not see this originally but you charged me to replace the roll over valve gasket. I am pretty darn sure you had to remove the roll over valve to replace the gasket and why you did not test it is on you. Lying about it is why this business needs to go away. I wonder how many people you have fleeced in the last week alone.

I've trusted Bryden's for several years now. They always provide a thorough diagnostics of estimated repairs/services and have always provided cost estimates that I must approve ahead of time. They are very professional and I would recommend them them to everyone. They've done a great job of keeping my 30 year old truck on the road.

Bryden did an oil change & made sure my vehicle was ready for the emission test. We were charged a reasonable fee for the services. We have been a customer since about 2000 with 3 different vehicles & have always found his service to be Customer Focused, with honesty and quality.

Brydens auto charged $672 to replace starter on a 2004 Toyota Camery that is $200 over what the Toyota dealer said it should cost

Took 2 of my cars here, first time was amazing Bryden is very nice and explains what he sees wrong in the vehicle and what he recommends needs to be done for a safe drive. Paid about $72 for my oil change. Second time I came in for a diagnostic, I was clear about if it needs an oil change for it to be done, and asked for them to call me after the oil change/diagnostic if I wanted to move forward with anything else they found wrong… 8 hours later nothing was done but the diagnostic which I do not believe takes so long considering I called in 4-5 days before to ask when they were available to do this service. Maybe I’m impatient but the communication during the process could’ve been handled better, I called in 4 times to ask what is going on with my car and I ended up just showing up to get it myself and I saw that it was parked in the same spot I left it and apparently ready but no call… I appreciate the diagnostic and the print out, which I still paid $180 for (only a diagnostic). I honestly thought since it was taking so long it was cheap or free and they just wanted to get the work that was actually paying them done first. But my intuition and google is just telling me that is too much for the time it took. Sorry Bryden, you are wonderful but that was a waste of my time! I picked up some weird energy by the end of it… Just hope that you didn’t do me dirty, because trust that energy will ALWAYS come back, and I make sure of it. Good shop, but I don’t think it’s for me, make sure you ask ahead of time for prices.

$1900 to replace the fan assembly seemed high (Nissan rogue). $1100 for the part (told me it was the only one in the state available). $800 labor. Everyone I called at home, which was MT (I broke down in Phoenix taking my daughter to college) said I was being overcharged. You all tell me. Is it too much? Nice enough person, just way overpriced.

These people will smile in your face and over charge you but tell you they charge 1/2 the price of other repair shops. When I confronted them about charging me for a whole exhaust system when you only changed the catalac converter. Also charged me double for labor. I asked to see a copy of his invoice for the parts and he refused. That nailed it for me. I need legal representation. Don't go there. Still have the same exhaust system.

I’ve been here several times since I’ve moved to Phoenix and this place is so reliable. They seem very honest and do great work. The owner is very attentive to all concerns. The work is also very quick in my experience. I’m definitely a loyal customer now.

Quoted me $45 to change the oil and check the transmission. Then surprised me with a $141 bill.

I have been coming here for about 5 years since I moved to AZ and they always treat me with so much respect. They inform you of everything they are doing before, during, and after and they go ABOVE and BEYOND. Seeing that I'm from the Midwest it's so nice to have a pop and son car shop that really treats you like family. If you move to Arizona or need auto services I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times.

I went to Bryden's because they had the best google reviews for getting cars through emissions and I am very please with their work. I took my 1994 2 door Blazer and not only did they fix my vehicle, they also personally drove it through emissions. They fixed issues I had been having for a while like leaks amongst other things and honestly this is the best my truck has ran for a long time. If you failed emissions this is the place to go. They are honest and hard working people and it's worth every penny. Everyone I came in contact with was very helpful and informative.Services: Auto emissions testing

Hello, I hope everyone had a great weekend. I just want to share and give any future Auto Warranty customers something to think about if you use Bryden's for a Carshield warranty. Over all great shop and nice people. My car broke down and Carshield had Bryden's auto as one of the "preferred" shops near my zip code. So I had it towed there like I was allowed to. It turned out to be the alternator was bad. Carshield/American Auto Shield has that as coverage. Long story short. Bryden's cost for a new Alternator is $400 more than Carshield/American Auto shield. So to get my car done and out in a day I had to pay the difference. I asked and I had no problem waiting for the cheaper part to be shipped to them but I was told they can't tie up the space. Just sharing, truthful and honest review. And I did notice my airflow tube was not put back right but I did it myself. Stay safe nice place.

I was leaving on a long road trip and needed some work done ASAP. Brought it into Bryden's, as they were right down the road from me, and they got everything done super quick. They were also honest and telling me what was necessary before the trip and what was not. Would definitely recommend them for your auto repair needs.Service: Brakes
