I would encourage every home buyer whether it is your first or second time purchasing a home, to use BRIGHTSIDE MORTGAGE. They will not give up on making your homebuying dreams come to fruition! Their diligence and attention to detail is what allowed my husband and I to move into our home just one day after signing our paperwork. They were encouraging and motivating every step of the way, despite some hoops and hurdles on our end. They made this process less stressful with their all of their kindness and hard work! Everyone seeking homeownership should use them!

Tammy is a Rock Star! I've had the pleasure of working with Tammy for >10 years on multiple different occasions. For mortgages, both purchases and Refi's and advice. She's super responsive, follows through in a very prompt manner.
