Came here for a broken master link when I was free riding downtown Phoenix one day he saved my day!!! Then gave my youngest (5year old boy) his first bmx bike and the kid now rides it and kills it!!!! Thanks brass monkey for keeping it bmx ?

Thomas at Brass Monkey was AWESOME! Super easy to work with, dropped off our bikes for some minor repairs and a tune up and he absolutely took care of us! Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced! Highly recommend his business with anyone who needs bike repair or tuneups! Thank you Thomas!!

One of the best experience I’ve had in a store ever! Thomas was amazingly nice, helpful, and funny. We told him our budget and helped us figure out a bike that was perfect for us and worked on the bike while being amazingly funny. The shop itself is full of history, coming back again soon!

Excellent bike shop!! Thomas was super helpful and kind. Gave me a good deal with a used bike and tweaked it into perfect condition. They have an awesome collection of all sorts of bikes, especially vintage. Can fix any problem you have as well. Highly recommend this place

Came here to get my pedal fixed and my brakes tightened up along with a couple other things. Cost me $95 He made my bike perfect in a hour and a half just in enough time for me to ride it to work. The bike stops on a dime. Any other issues I have in the future I’m definitely coming back.
