If you have an animal that needs special care, don’t choose this place. My dog was a rescue and had some anxiety problems but after her stay at this place she’s been a different dog. I no longer can even cut her nails or even take her to the vet to trim her nails without her being on some kind of pills. She’s no longer friendly and immediately defensive towards ANY individual outside of my home. I knew my dog had issues but how ever they treated her at this place has made a significant impact on her behaviors. Don’t follow the same mistakes and base your choice of where you decide to take your family pets to stay on the reviews, this place definitely pays to delete the bad memorable ones

Absolutely love Boulder Falls! They take such good care of my dog and he gets so excited when he realizes we are there. Would highly recommend for daycare, boarding and grooming!!

My dog stayed here several times with his previous owner who recommended them when I was looking for a place to board Remy while I was in Las Vegas for a few days. When I called to book his stay, the staff immediately remembered him and were able to recommend the same accommodations he had during his previous stays. The staff even informed me that Remy was an escape artist and recommended a petite suite for security. When I dropped him off I was surprised how excited the staff was to see him again. Everyone remembered him and told me how worried they were that they wouldn't see him again after being rehomed. Considering I have never needed to board a dog before, Boulder Falls definitely won themselves a new dedicated customer.

Love this place my big Boi love it too, he's always so excited when we arrive at Boulder Falls. He comes home exhausted that's how I know he had a really good time running and playing his heart out!

We have been taking our boys to Boulders for a few years now and they love it! Melissa the owner is kind and you can tell she truly cares about the pups and her business. The staff are great as well. I would highly recommend Boulder Falls Pet Resort! ❤️I can’t image taking our boys elsewhere!

Love this place. I take my 2 dogs there for nail trims every month. They always accommodate us.We did have one mishap where my dogs nail was bleeding pretty good. So I just make sure to ask for thre girl who I know we have no issues with that.It was only one time but other than that I love how your dogs can see you the whole time thru the window. I have 2 nervous scared dogs and it really helps they can see you and visa versa. Both my dogs never been separated so they can see and watch each other.The employees are all very nice, very friendly and treat my babies good. This is my go to place....

Sometimes you want to go wherever body knows your name. Or at least your dogs, When you sneak off for your fun away from home and have to part with your beloved animal, Boulder Falls has to be one of the best places to leave your pets, #1 we stopped in on the way home one day, unannounced and was greeted by friendly staff and a full behind the scenes tour to everywhere. How many places are comfortable with showing the behind the scenes at a moments notice? #2 they know my dogs name and the ones who know her rush to the front to greet her when she is announced of her arrival. Thanks to Julie for making Dfor Dog feel at home. #3 Dfor Dog's tail just goes wild when she realizes that she is going to stay here, the moment she gets out the car my dog is excited that makes all the difference. There's not many places outside of home she feels comfortable. We do have a special needs dog and the staff really take the time to help her stand and play. The outdoor play area looks great fun, it's a shame we cannot get involved and play with all the dogs at playtime. At Boulder Falls they look after more than dogs, cats, reptiles, rodent types, birds etc, all are welcome. Great tip is to book a grooming upon pick up so that you too can get a clean happy dog when you return.
