Its a great outdoor mall, which is so much nicer than the indoor malls from the 70s and 80s. They could stand to have more afordable stores.

Never been to Boot Barn but was impressed. Had to buy some safety toe boots for work and the selection was almost too much to absorb. Boots everywhere amongst other things. I’ll likely be back as these safety toe shoes may make good MTB shoes but will need to do some testing. Thanks Boot Barn

Went to return an item two days after I bought it, wasn’t even used yet, just didn’t need it anymore. I had the tag still intact and the receipt. I was told by the manager that they don’t take returns. So careful what you buy here you can never return it. That’s a very broken and unintuitive policy.

Although there were no Georgia Boots sold here I was able to find a decently priced short sleeved western shirt to complement my wardrobe.

I had a wonderful experience today at boot barn. I went in looking for boots after many years of not wearing any, and Angela was very helpful in finding the perfect pair for me- regarding size, shape, level of femininity, etc. I mentioned to her that I had a hat from my recently passed away father that I also wanted to wear but had no idea how to clean/shape it. She told me to bring it on in and she would help me out, and she sure did. everyone in the store was so sweet and empathetic and helpful. I had a wonderful experience and i’m so grateful to have my father’s hat given a new life to be with me forever. Thank you!

It is difficult for us to find jeans that fit my son. But we were able to find 3 pairs at this store. I just wish they carried more of the larger sizes. The cashier and manager were really wonderful to speak with. I enjoyed speaking with them.

My first time here the lady was amazingly helpful and wonderful. I think she could have been the general manager. The second time I was looking for new riding boots. I asked for a Ariat round toe, 7.5b with a spur shelf. The lady said " I'm guessing this is for just a weekend" ... I was a bit insulted. I'm a equestrian and compete too. She did look but they didn't have any in store. So sad that you have to order everything online. I enjoy the in store experience.

Great staff to help when needed. Always checking up if any questions need answered. Had to return an item, and it was a very easy exchange process.

Bathrooms and dressing rooms are locked and refused to patrons 1 hour before closing. What? How completely inconsiderate and nonsensical. If I wanted that experience then I'd go to a generic named convenience store in a bad part of town.The manager was unapologetic even when I'm standing at the register paying $400+ in boots.I'll go somewhere else next time.

I buy all my jeans and boots here always a great selection with a wide variety of options plus I had a “Wardrobe Malfunction” with a pair of jeans I got here, called in a Jen was able to answer all my questions about manufacture warranty and helped me get a replacement pair!
