Spent most of my Sunday morning with Ivan over at boost on cave Creek and it was a great morning he helped me with my phone which had died. So glad I walked into that particular store!!!!

This location was a nightmare. Employees barely spoke english, they were rude, didn't know what they were doing. And totally wasted half of my day. I had went into the store and talked to one of they employees about switching over. Before I left I told them I needed a minute to think and I would get back with them. I called about 20 minutes after and said that I wanted to do what we discussed and asked if it was possible for them to get everything started and then I would come in and pay and pick up the phones. They said no problem and even gave me a time. I waited an extra 45 minutes just to be safe and when I got there, nothing was done at all. They said they couldn't start the process without payment first. Never once did they communicate that before. Long story short here I sit an hour later, money paid, and still no phone yet! Horrible location. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
