Maria and Jr here at store arehorrible the customer service is worse you can activate your phone your self they charge the double and take pictures of the profile and send it to another worker because they don't know what they are doing all the information is going back and forth thru whats ap they are over charging and don't know the they are doing Zero stars

Says free phones for switching. I wanted to switch and get a free phone for me and my son but i was told it was gonna be $170 out the door. Charge $50 for sim cards and wouldent let me use same phone number and all kinds of fees. I think i just stay where im at.

I didn't get his name, but the young man that was working Saturday afternoon (Oct. 1st) was very polite and helped with everything I needed in a timely fashion. I haven't had a lot of great experiences where Boost Mobile Customer Service is concerned, but this kid was great. 5 stars

Their customer's service representative was well mannered. My complaint:I payed $27 for a screen protector with a 1 time replacement. When I returned 2 weeks later to receive this warranted replacement, I was told that they were out of stock; Inconvenience.

They always close 15 to 20 min before closing time. Very very inconvenient.Simpre cierran 15 a 20 min temprano que inconveniente.
