If anyone can help, Please Help. Boost Mobile Englewood Co has stolen over 90 USD from me wirelessly, and it is a huge problem. I still need to pay my bill, but cannot until I am paid soon. Boost Mobile Englewood Co has literally stolen the money from me, and has not restored my service. Boost Mobile Englewood Co is PERMANENTLY CLOSED, and I don't live in Colorado. I am local, and a defunct Boost Mobile location has somehow taken my money. This is the most atrocious fraudulent crime ever made against me. I will talk with my bank, but the money was taken by a Boost. I spoke to a local Boost Mobile on the phone, and they gave me the customer service number. The customer service agent hung up on me 3 minutes into the call. I cannot believe this has been done. I need assistance, and I have been led to a dead end.

I showed up about an hour and a half before closing hours and they were already closed. And I had called ahead of time to confirm they were closing at 7.

This location for boost Mobile wasn't as crowded because of the weekend. However it is not wheelchair accessible. Also parking is somewhat limited. The staff seemed very knowledgeable about their products. You are able to get in and out of the store quickly. So you can get two more important things.

Don't put a sign saying you're going to be back at a certain time if you won't be back for another hour after. Sign says you'll be back at 2:40 and we show up at 3:08 no one there. Come back at 3:24 still no one. Crazy....

I was out here visiting family and I have got to say this was one of the better experiences I've had at a boost mobile store. The girl there who was very kind and was able to show me how to back up my data and do a reset on my phone to help with some of the issues I was experiencing. There was quite a few people in the store at the same time as me but even though that was the case she handled the situation very well being the only one at the shop at the time. Thanks for the assistance, wish this store was closer to home.

Walked in with cero expectations and left with two phones.Thank you for your patience transferring our information. Other stores have never done that for us nor have taken the time to put our screen protectors or listen to our needs. They usually just put everything in the bag and wish a good day. But not here. Hope the manager is reading this because we will most definitely return to this store. These ladies deserve more than just minimum wage if that’s what they are getting because they went above and beyond the imaginable to help us. Thanks again! -Lisa and Mitchell
