Went to activate my sim card the CC sent me in the mail and had so many issues with doing so over the phone so I decided to go in store. Mireya was one of the best associates I could have asked for. She was patient relaxed and helped me get my phone activated. Thank you for your kindness and calling even after the fact to check to make sure my phone was working. The only thing I would say about the store is the fact she was in there by herself and had no help while it was busy. Hire more people and stop being cheap.

I always go to this location everytime I have trouble with my phone. The lady who is there is always very nice too me and helps me out even if its something very small.

If I could give -5 stars I would. Do not set up recurring payments with this company and do NOT TRUST THEM when they say they have properly cancelled a line and you will no longer be charged. They have double charged me for a second line that I cancelled two months ago and insisted that they have checked all records and I never cancelled the account. I was told by them they record calls so I insisted they check the last few recorded calls because I am telling the truth and it's not right for them to take extra money from me for their team members mistake. After over an hour, the supervisor told me the best he could do was cancel that line as of today and refund me $50 versus the $100 I am owed. Stay away from this company. I will never use their services again.

I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone if your looking for transparency and honesty. I went to Add a line to my family plan and I originally paid 80.00 I was not told that I would have to pay additional 80.00 in 4 days ? Why? I understand completely someone getting confused however this wasn't the case the individual who took my payments and never said a single word about having to pay after 4 days.If you don't know what you're doing then you need to train your employees so that they can explain to your customers what the process is.

A customer service representative tells you to go buy a sim card for a phone they already checked in their system, then the sim card doesn't work so you try to get a refund. The boost mobile store you bought the sim card wont refund your sim card, even though the customer service representative on the chat told you they would. Then you call customer service and the "supervisor" won't allow the rep to refund the money. You ask to speak to the supervisor and they are "busy" so they dont come to the phone. Every single interaction I have with BOOST MOBILE, has been a bad one. Ill be switching carriers as soon as my pay month is over. Boost Mobile lacks customer service, and friendliness. They are an open money pit. They tell you to go buy items they know wont work and then will not refund your money when it doesn't work. Now I'm out $15.00, 8 hours of being on the phone, 3 trips to the boost mobile store and have a sim card I can't even use. The worst customer service experience of my life, and I've been in customer service for 15+ years. I know not every person you speak to is pleasant but money is hard to come by these days and every single dollar counts. Boost makes alot more money then us little people. You think they could spare at least an account credit if nothing else.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a boost mobile. .. or really with any customer service at all. We came in on June 25th to set up an additional line. Thought everything was fine, although the gal seemed unsure of the answers being given to our questions. she was very polite. However it was not unitll our first month payment was ready to be paid, that we discovered the errors. She did not set us up properly and our billing reflected it. We came into the store and the current person at counter was new and unable to help. We were told the owners were busy,and could not come to assist her. We insisted on waiting to be helped.. only to discover they were only next door the whole time, at their other business. I was appalled by the owner's lack of assistance or care to our matter. She accused us of being wrong, even though i showed her our itimized recipet, and a written out list of what the fees should have been. She refused NOT ONLY ACKNOWLEDGE THE FACT THE BILLING WAS NOT CORRECT DUE TO ERRORS IN SET UP BY HER EMPLOYEE, as well as to call the boost operators line, with us to find out what the issue was. All we wanted was to see what the issue was and have the billing corrected. We ended up leaving furious with no answers because my husband was very upset and we did not want to make a scene. It was obvious she was not going to help us. We spent the next hour at home on the phone with boost customer service, who were great ( and worth the wait time) They were able to correct the initial set up issues and confirm that we were over charged in the store. Something we had thought but the owner would not acknowledge. Also they cash payment we made in the store was not applied correctly to our two phone lines. showing a credit on one line, and a charge owed on another line) I will never come back to this location, or trust them with my money again.

I just spoke to Anabel or ezabel very honest sales rep funny story told her other boost Mobile was trying to sale me "mandatory accessories sales with purchase of iphone 6" told her that was wrong she said the following that she did not do that but her boss made her sale accessories and she would offer them to me because it was her job I can tell in her voice she was young trying to do her best ..so Yes she didnt have to say more I drove there bought my daughters there phones and Yes I got the cases didn't make try to sell me anything KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK A+

don't bother...are not open when they are supposed to be open and don't care that you waited outside in the heat for 1/2 hour. Never again. Lots of pissed off people and customers left. The lady that FINALLY SHOWED UP ALMOST 30 minutes (was told she was the mgr, Adrienne was her name) told me it did not matter that they were losing customers. What a way to run a business! She said she had an emergency but one lady that was waiting outside when and found her and told her it was time to open! I would not want my mgr to say it doesn't matter if I lost business! I left a msg for Frances, the owner through another employee, Denise. Hopefully he will call me. But more importantly, hope he realized multiple customers left mad this morning!
