I was glad we took it to CARSTAR because the company proved that no matter where the damage occurred they will stand behind you. “I was recently involved in a car accident and i had originally taken my car to “Vice”. They were trying to total out my vehicle saying the damage amount was more than what my car was worth and they were trying to make me salvage my car (ridiculous, pictures will show). So i took it to SS and they fixed it up beautifully without having to total out my car and kept it a clean title. I will NEVER go anywhere else but SS. If you need someone that actually knows what they’re talking about, go to SS.”
“This is the 2nd time we have had to take our Nissan in to repair it from accident damage. This time Hovik , estimator, production manager took care of us. We brought our car in one day to estimate the cost of repair. USA Collision ordered the part. We went in once the part was in the shop and they matched the paint. The third time we left the car for 1/2 day and when we picked it up, it looked "wow! Wonderful! They cleaned the inside and outside . Hovik even bought out the old part so I could see the difference . This place and Hovik is a 10+”

“Wow, this has to be the top experience at an Auto Collision Center. Ms. Alisha was fantastic, she kept me informed throughout the whole repair process. From disassembly to reassembly, she called me with weekly updates it was very reassuring. After I dropped my vehicle off I was shuttled to enterprise for my rental car. It was very convent if I may also add. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked better than the day I bought it. Couldn't even tell it was in a accident. It was cleaned inside and out and they even changed my oil for FREE no charge! Bud and his team tirelessly worked on my daughter’s truck until the very end. The damage from her truck was severe and needed a part that was difficult to find due to back orders from Toyota. Bud worked so hard with our insurance company, and Toyota to get this part for the vehicle. He was extremely communicative and his staff was always there to answer any questions. He updated us every step of the way. I wouldn’t take a car or truck to anyone else! I would highly recommend them. We are so lucky to have found him through our insurance company. He explained the process to us and delivered the best results. You truly can’t find shops like this and people who care this much anymore.

“I did a great deal of research on coating my new Mercedes Benz before I chose Ceramic pro North Phoenix. First I did research on the product and determined that I wanted Ceramic Pro Ion, it seems like the beast ceramic coating on the market. Next I researched a number of ceramic coating shops, I was appalled at the lack of knowledge by the people on the phone. None of the other shops impressed me or really took the time to answer all my questions. I wanted someone very experienced wheeling out my beautiful black MB, not someone who just finished training or someone who didn't own their own shop. I finally spoke with Andres at CP North Phoenix, Andres was extremely patient with me and listened to my concerns, what I wanted and what I expected. Andres walked me through all the packages and we arrived at a package that worked well for my budget and needs. Andres and his father do all the work and have decades of experience, that was extremely important to me. I had the full interior and 7-year exterior done. I couldn't be more happy, the car is stunning. They did a thorough, detail oriented job on the paint correction and the CP Ion application was flawless. I highly recommend Andres and his father at CP North Phoenix. They did an exceptional job and I will continue to go to them for further work. You won't go wrong with these guys, they care, they listen, they are detail oriented, they are very experienced, very professional and a pleasure to work with. “Bruce and his team have fixed major damage to my car twice since in the past 2 years (due to being rear ended). This last situation was extremely frustrating with the insurance company making things very difficult, yet Bruce made it a priority to continue to call them and move the process forward despite their lack of cooperation and communication. While the insurance company had long delays in their communication with Bruce (and me), I never had ANY issues with Bruce keeping me updated. Bruce is very professional, responsive, and it is evident that he cares about his customers. This repair shop is the best and I would highly recommend it! “I came here to get an estimate on hood damage today (don’t trust Firestone to fully latch your hood). I’ve gotten an estimate before at another place where they were very rude and short with me, like they just expected I’d take the payout so they didn’t care if they weren’t getting the business. This place doesn’t care what decisions you make and the guy made that clear and he was completely up front and told me everything to expect. He was so respectful and kind so I will definitely be coming back for the work I need done. I can see why they have 5 stars!”
“Lucky is a wizard. We had some bad scratch damage (keyed/other scrapes) that went all the way down to the bare metal. Lucky's team simply never cuts corners. They remove the panels, they spray a perfect match, they get it exactly right. My Lincoln dealer is who referred them, and I can see why: exceedingly high standards, and a paint job that looks like nothing ever happened, perfectly matched with the rest of the car, and done with a fairly finicky color, brilliantly.Also great at communications, super fair, and all-around great to work with. I drive all the way from Cave Creek, but it is worth it. The first car was my son's KIA, after several places said to junk it because of frame damage and lots of damage. Manual fixed it and we drove to California a few times and it rode like new. I have had my 2011 Ram Truck fixed and painted about four times. I had complete paint jobs and minor repairs on my 1971 VW Bug, my 1950 Ford Woody wagon, and my 1973 Mercedes SL450 painted. They looked perfect. I had my 2017 Ford Edge with major damage and my son's VW Jetta fixed and totally repainted. They looked perfect.
