I don't have experience with a branch but I can tell you DO NOT use them for auto loans! It took 2 mos to get a release of lien after I paid it off. They took a payment out of my account AFTER they received the pay off check. It's now been 3.5 mos since they said I would get that payment refunded. With both issues they kept saying they sent things. I have never had issues with the mail. They even tell me they will email me but it will take 10 days to get an email. Everytime I call customer service it is at LEAST an hour and every time I call I get a different answer! They emailed me paperwork they said needed to be notarized and sent back. (Took 10 days to get it) I sent it USPS priority with signature required. It was accepted and signed for 2 weeks ago yet no one at the customer service # can get anyone in "dispute resolutions" to return THEIR emails asking where the paperwork is or when another check is going out! It's beyond ridiculous how inept this place is! I don't know HOW they stay in business! (AND...there's nowhere to file a complaint)

Absolutely horrible customer support, took over 2 hours to get a simple response on an auto loan with multiple instances of getting disconnected/hung up on and not getting any call back. DO NOT USE THIS BANK FOR ANY REASON

Absolutely terrible bank. Online service works maybe 10% of the time. Terrible business bank. Bought out Bank of the West who did much better, so we didn't choose this incompetent organization, but we're are leaving ASAP. DON'T USE THIS BANK THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!@!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

bmo bank assumed my rv loan from bank of west and did not load the correct loan terms in their automatic on line program. do not do business with bmo. they are dis reputable and you will incur grief. terrible experience. damaged credit score. steadily increasing loan debt due to improperly loaded loan terms in spite of paying promptly on time in accordance with grace period of assumed loan from bank of west. stay away from bmo!!! you are warned!!!

Terrible bank with horrible service. They are very hood and I can't trust this place with my money. They lie and make false promises. I can't even acitave my credit card through them after they approved and sent me my card.

You wrote a review for BMO Harris BankBMO HARRIS BANK - 7510 W LOWER BUCKEYE PHEONIX AZ 850043I have had an account for 10 years here, never visited the bank - I went into the bank April 4, 2023 to make a cash withdrawal and order a new debit card. Unfortunately, the system was down and I could not withdraw money and they were unable to print off a new debit card, but would print a card and phone me later in the day when the system was back up. I did not receive a call so went back the next day, unfortunately they were still unable to print a card- so I asked Ramon Salazar(Retail Relationship Banker) if he would print off a card for me when the system was back up and mail to me - he said no - he would not - he was not able to help me - basically he would not help - when I said that thus situation was pathetic- he came around from the counter and stood in front of me ( in a threatening fashion) asking did you call me pathetic? I said no I said the institution was pathetic if they would not simply print off a card when the system was back up and mail it to me - Mr. Salazar was extremely adamant that he was not? under any obligation to help me - even though I have been in twice and unable to obtain what I came in for due to a system breakdown - and would not do anything to help - too bad for me - extremely bad service - and not retail relationship builder- this is the first time I have written anything negative about any person or company -I have never seen such bad service when the issue was caused by the company having problems - not my fault it was the bank's system that was not working - so typically the company would like to solve the problem by simply mailing the new card to me when the system is up again? but nopeDavid S.See more recent activity

This joke is the rudest most unprofessional bank I have dealt with. I got my vehicle loan thru them. They have no local branch so everything was done on line or by phone. I made a truck payment, got my confirmation number from BMO associate, verified with my bank it was taken from my account. 8 days later someone from BMO called and said I never made a payment. Long story short I was told "it's not BMO problem, it's mine and needs to be fixed". I could never speak to a supervisor, I was put on hold for 30 to 45 mins at a time. I was told I would need over 1000 to bring my account to current. I work pay check to pay check and I account for every dime and every time I tried to get someone to work with me it was always the same thing. Either bring it current or get it repo, the truck got repo this evening.

I live walking distance from this branch. For the 1st time in my life, I've done life planning and financial planning. All the ideas I had to overcome my fears and secure my future, BMO offered and made happen. Blanca eased my tension and made me feel as equal as a 6 or 7 digit balance customer. Now, I can move on, make my dreams and goals happen and be chill.

Spoke with 6 different people to see when lien would be released on a RV I paid off; got 6 different answers. No one could tell me when, other then "It takes 5 days" It's been almost 2 weeks and still nothing. Funny! It's amazing how big companies make it in the business World when they have employees that haven't the faintest idea what they're doing or know anything about their job. No one has the authority to do anything to help, rather just give excuses and say they're sorry. WOW. Again, I find it funny. I spoke with the CEO's executive assistant too, no help either, just gave customer service 800 number so I could get another person who could not answer questions or was authorized to make something happen. It has to be frustrating for people that actually care to work for such a dis-functional company.
