An employee came up to me and just said straight out “we’re closed” no “excuse me, hello may I help you find something” just another rude no manner LAZY employee at this location. I looked at my watch and it said 9:45pm. I asked her “so you’re telling me you’re closed before you actually close?” She said “yeah, well you gotta go to the front now and check your stuff out” I told her stop being a lazy employee and learn some manners. I get it you want to close at 9:59pm maybe but don’t say you’re closed with 15 min left in your shift. I left my whole basket of stuff and just got a Christmas shirt that I really needed otherwise I woulda just walked out and purchased nothing. Dressed like a hooch with a little tiny shirt. Then the cashier pretty young girl, but had this little tank top on tummy showing and her chest area too was all see through. I definitely won’t be returning to this ghetto location being kicked out before the dang store even closes. I was a bit late shooing yes because I got out of work late, but I was trying to buy at least $600 dollars in blankets and toys to donate, but I will take my business elsewhere. Big Lots train your employees how to greet and take care of your customers not chase them off.

I shop here a few times a month for about $100 total and I know I'm only 1 customer...but now they have 1 less. No big deal, I'm only 1. I asked a question about 1 item and got a snappy, rude answer from a woman employee. Like I said, no big deal, there are plenty other Big Lots.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Was not allowed to purchase an item due to it being "recalled". However I was able to purchase similar items from the same brand.Left a formal complaint with corporate and district manager reached out. Said I would be allowed to purchase the item. Called the store to notify them I would be coming in to pick up the item today. Only for the store maneger to notify me they sold the item, because I didn't show up as soon as possible to purchase.Frank the manager deserves to be fired for his incompetence and subjected to the worst forms of torture humanly possible. Where do they get these people? A mentally disabled parrot could do a better job than you.

This place is so awesome we had so much changes to bring together during Halloween before Christmas stuff were being ready to be put on the shelves! Yeah we had so much-needed being female!
