Cashier wasn't able to refund properly after 2 Mgr. Calls for help. Fingernails were so long, unable to push register keys correctly. Unreal, after paying partial cash and credit. I received a 88cent gift card as my final disbursement on my return.

Not only is this store absolutely filthy, the associates have personalities similar to rocks. The furniture department was filthy, furniture falling apart, floors displays literally falling down from over stock. What terrible shopping experience.

Very rude. Nasty attitudes. I came in here looking for a portable fan which online it said available the manager didnt want to help me and she continued to display horrible customer service.

Very underwhelming. I've been to Big Lots in Staten Island and different locations in Pennsylvania. Many bare shelves when I was there.
