Their customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE !!!! I called because they charged me twice for my insurance without notifying me and she did not let me talk AT ALL. She was very unprofessional and was talking over me and continuously saying I was lying. She was arguing with me and very unhelpful. I do NOT recommend going here, as this is NOT the first time.

I don't recommend this place to anyone. I made a cancellation on 1/2/2024 to date I have not received the check. Now it turns out that my name does not appear in their system.

I wanted to renew my car insurance and I went to this location, but it has a sign that says it is closed, I called by phone and it only took me to the mailbox to leave a message and that they would call me back, I'm still waiting, it's been a week :( and my insurance expires 08/22/23, shame, I was very happy with the excellent service that the insurance agent provided me exactly a year ago.
