I just spoke to Abigail at the 12434 N. Tatum Branch of our PNC Bank. She is delightful! She was very professional and extremely helpful. Our problem with an expired debit card (not lost or stolen) is completely solved.

This bank should not be in business! This is by far the worst experience with a bank that I have ever had. I was a longtime customer of BBVA Compass (over 15+years) I had multiple accounts including a credit card through them. PNC took over and decided to close my credit card while I was in the process of buying a house, claiming it was because I did not use it often enough. So I managed to close both my checking and savings and move to a different bank. However I was still stuck paying for my closed credit account. I had the payment on autopay for the 9th for years. I went to go check on my credit card balance since it should be close to being paid off and find out they have been charging me late fees for years! They changed my due date to the 6th without any notice! No calls, letters, emails or texts, absolutely no communication. I did not realize that by agreeing to go paperless, I would not ever get notified of anything! When I call in to try to get this resolved, I get put on hold for long time and transferred multiple times, no one can seem to help or figure out why this happened. They can not even tell me what my minimum payment is! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

This location is very convenient and central to everything PV Village area. I used to live in Phoenix and I frequented this location. They have a drive thru which will make it easy and convenient when Phoenix swelter is a daily reality. Rocio, Johan, and entire staff will be super accommodating . PNC is an awesome bank. I only wish they had more branches in Los Angeles. Can't go wrong opening an account here. The rough transition from BBVA is long in the past.

Had a line of credit loan. Checked the balance online and made a payment, equal to the amount of the balance. Checked in a couple of days later and it showed a $ 0 balance. A couple of weeks later, got a statement in the mail that said I owed $ 41.05 on the loan. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid that amount....thinking that there may have been some interest accrued between the time I made the payment (online) and when it was applied to the loan. I checked online and saw a $ 0 balance for the line of credit and assumed that the loan was now, paid in full. 2 days ago, got another statement in the mail that showed that I owed $ 18.95 on the same loan I thought I had paid off TWICE. Called PNC and after a LONG time of answering recorded messages, FINALLY got to speak with a human being. All she did was repeat that the $18.95 was the pay off on the loan. Decided to go directly to the local branch ( a new branch in Sun City West, AZ) and spoke with the manager there. She informed me that you can NEVER PAY A LOAN OFF online. Even if the amount paid shows a $ 0 balance, they continue to charge fees. YOU HAVE TO PAY A LOAN OFF AT THE BANK. How was I supposed to know? I argued with her, but she would not, and continued to insist that she could not, refund the $ 60 that PNC STOLE FROM ME! After a long discussion, I paid the $ 18.95 to settle the account. I only wish I had millions of dollars in their bank so it would hurt them a little bit for stealing from me when I pulled it out. After reading other reviews, this seems like it is a trend that the PNC bank seems to use to squeeze another nickel out of a 30 year customer. Totally useless customer service!!

Similar to many other experiences shown in these reviews. If I could give PNC Bank a ZERO, or negative number, I would. Instead, I will provide a negative review for a very poor experience. I contacted PNC Bank on 01/22/22 and spoke with Kramer. Key question was... "Does PNC Bank issue HELOCs for investment properties?" He assured me that they did. Based on this assurance, I submitted an online application and provided several personal documents for my husband and I. I spoke with several other people over the next FOUR WEEKS and NO ONE TOLD ME THAT.... OOOPPsss.. PNC Bank actually DOES NOT DO HELOCs for investment properties until FIVE WEEKS LATER. This is so unacceptable and hard to believe that this place is allowed to operate as a bank. The level of incompetence is unbelievable and highly unacceptable.

Coming from BBVA, this has been the worst transition I've ever experienced. I called, was transferred, on hold for a long time and then received a busy signal. I just want to sign in and see my accounts and nothing works. Booooooooooooooo!

This bank has missed the mark in transitioning their a customers as they acquired BBVA Compass. I have two business accounts I have not had access to for three days. I need to transfer funds for payroll. When you try to call ... one entire day, every time I called the message said we are experiencing a high volume of calls call again later and disconnected you. I drove to a local branch only to find out they couldn't help me because at 5 o'clock, after sitting for over an hour, their banks were completely locked down and they couldn't even transfer money between my two accounts that I have no access to. The staff worked diligently to get me a phone number that assured me that during the day the next day, they would be able to wire the money to make sure it was handled. Today I called that number, held for 24 minutes to speak to a human who told me I needed the business banking department. She transferred me and I held for an hour and 43 minutes and then the call began to ring. Unfortunately, That line rang for over 25 minutes and I finally hung up. I am now back at the branch I was at yesterday. I have been sitting for over an hour and 15 minutes and now they only have 45 minutes to solve this before payroll bounces still no service.

Keaton was tremendously helpful in helping me with quite a difficult time consuming task, and not once showed any signs of stress or annoyance. This branch is far superior to its Scottsdale and Thunderbird location. The manager at the BBVA Scottsdale Thunderbird is very brooding and quite rude, in fact I’d go so far as to say he has an authority complex that has been allowed to bloat to what can only be interpreted as a “little man” with his phantasmal fiefdom he believes he rules over with little to no impunity from upper-management. Go see Keaton.

1.5 years of requesting help on technical issue regarding credit card problems on App. , I waited for a return phone call from BVVA in Central America (supervisor) Phone call never came after me being on phone for 1.5 hours!!!! Bank security is bad on the back end of their App because it is not up to date but sometimes several days lag time!! Bad Bank!!! Wells Fargo has much better App.

I just like to thank Keaton for his good work ethic. He was very nice, helpful and professional. The excellent customer service he provided was overwhelming. He walked me through my personal loan step by step. It didn't take too long to get approved. Don't go with big name banks that they treat you as numbers. BBVA bank seems to care about people as people.Thank you Keaton for your help and your good workShukran شكرا ?

The managers at this branch lack any sort of customer service. Go to the Arcadia location instead.

This was my first experience with BBVA. Right away the sincere concern and interest, in the customers walking through the doors was relieving. My banker today: John K. Previous business owner Loan and tech saavy Out of the 7 banks that I met with today, only BBVA confidently sold me on just exactly how they are going to meet my personal needs, and help with my business goals. If you need a great bank today... go to BBVA
