They made a BIG mistake when they setup the accounts about 2 years ago. They transferred the accounts from BBVA Compass and listed me as two different people - one under my maiden name and one under my married name. This has caused me an incredible amount of grief as all my ID was in my married name and the maiden name was listed as the "primary" account holder. After TWO YEARS, phone calls and in-person visits to try to fix this problem, I decided to close out my account and credit card. I get hassled about who is this "primary" account holder, yet again!!!Once they make a mistake, they CAN NOT UPDATE THEIR SYSTEMS!I can not "trust" a financial institution that is this poorly run!

I have an account at PNC. I drove 45 miles for notary services for home docs. I called ahead for an appointment and told them what I needed and they said that was fine. I got there and was told by Colton that they only notarize home loans financed through PNC. He told me that I should have been told that when I called. Unbelievable. Never going back and thinking about moving my accounts.

PNC BANK should be very proud! Once walking in i felt welcomed! They have nice friendly staff. Lesley helped me open a bank account & during the process not only did she help me as a banker but as a friend. I have a 1yr old who is very active! & Lesly understood the day i came in was my only day off & i needed to get things done. She gave my baby a coloring book & kept her entertained all while answering any questions i had!I really appreciate my experience with Lesley & the whole pnc bank.Im so glad i chose this bank :)(:

I have been with PNC for a very long time, so I won't go to a different bank but the bank's out here aren't near as accommodating as the banks in Pittsburgh

Horrible service all around. The app is trash the transition from bbva to pnc was a cluster f . Colton is SLOW and rude, every teller ive dealt with was condescending, very judgemental. Disappointing experiences from the start ONLY pleasant professional types were from the customer service over the phone.

I am a BBVA customer and had no choice in getting PNC bank and so far the customer service is horrible I always get hung up on and no one can help me with getting my online account setup so I can just pay my bill. I will not be using this bank at all I plan on closing my account. This transfer of business should have never happened. When I finally got in touch with someone in their tech department, after 5 days of phone calls, the guy on the phone never apologized once and sounded like he could care less about helping me.

WATCH FOR ISA FEE They charge!I have 2 checking accounts & 2 savings accounts for about a year now and overall my experience hadn't been bad. That was until the last couple of weeks when I noticed weird charges to my account. The first time it was a couple $1 unknown charges and couple ISA Fees which I found out meant “international Service Assessment” essentially the rep said it looked like my card was used for unknown attempt of a purchase in another country but the system caught it and they reversed the charges for me. We canceled my card and I thought that was the end of it. But no! A week later I found (2) more ISA FEES in the amount of $40 each. Called again but this time they said it was caused by something I purchased yet couldn’t tell me where it came from and I didn’t purchase anything unusual. They will not reverse the fees as they say it’s from the merchant even though the merchant is unknown. Funny thing is... I can’t dispute the fees bc they are actually a charge from the bank. So I’m out $80 and no way of knowing why BBVA charged me this fee. So that’s it... I’m changing banks! Watch for these fees they will take your money
