I got my bank account in January and I just got a new debit card right now. The reason why I went in cash a check here they didn’t like that I had sunglasses on which we live in Arizona. We’re allowed to wear sunglasses. I have a disability. They made me take my sunglasses off in front of everybody while calling me Mr. stank, but my name is Stanton so when they got that they were calling me the wrong name this chubby guy got I my face And actually assaulted me so now I’m filling a lawsuit right now so I would not even use this bank. These guys are violent and if they’re violent towards guys like me that are pretty well fit, they’ll be violent towards old people that live in the neighborhood. I asked the lady for her name and she wouldn’t even identify herself. I wanted to make a complaint on her, and the guy bullied me got in out my face. I smelt his breath that he was in my face. He assaulted me with his fat belly so go In at your own discretion. So I made a complaint. I still haven’t got a call back. I’ve been trying to use online banking, but they put a hold on that because I have filed complain already. This bank is ultimate trash and this guy I think his name is Manuel is total trash and I don’t know who the lady is cause she wouldn’t give me her name but she dresses like a child with a tutu on at a bank, she’s like 50 years old dressing like JoJo Siwa and I don’t know if they’re dating or what but he protects her like it’s his wife. All I wanted was her name and he said you’re not gonna hurt her. I just wanted a name to make a complaint. He refused and I’ll post more as the lawsuit unfolds. and just for the record they cashed my check and kicked me out and didn’t give me no debit card. I never got no information. I’ve lived in the same spot for 20 years so they said it was a because I changed my address, but I didn’t because I’ve lived here my whole life, so we’ll see what happens

I want to give a shout out to the Branch manager that Olga A.Velasquez is fantastic. As far as online customer service/phone CSR/managers and payment centers, no. I would NOT recommend this bank. I had automatic bill pay that did not auto pay. And bc of that.. You get put in collections for less than 30 days late, ? And when you pay in full with a checking account on file??.. collections says we don't have it...thats the regular dept. A manager had already talked with me about a hardship even though I said I'd pay in full. Apparently collections was the way to go. I'm paid in full..now.. and good riddance. WAY.. Better service at American Express or other visa/Master card banks. At 30% interest I'd never bank here again and one late fee?? Was IT worth it?? . bye pnc.

This is the worst run bank I have ever been to. I am currently re-opening my account in the HALLWAY, while others are in office. Giving out my social security # with people in the lobby. This is a disgrace and the worst service I have experienced. This is why this bank is failing. This is why Chase is a primary account and PNC just a secondary account. DISGRACEFUL

This is a terrible bank to do business with I'm on Social Security Income the blocked my account and told me I don't fit in. What's that about if you can tell me because I sure haven't got a clue today is the 5th of February still no check can't pay my rent or anything. So if you can't trust your bank who can you trust? Do bank with PNC there a terrible bank. ???

This place has the rudes persons ever met and they don't let you see a banker and they have a sign outside with a url and when it's your turn they ask you if you made a appointment online worstes place ever not the bank but the person that's in charge she acts like she owns the bank that's why this place is always empty and it is gonna go out of business soon. 0 stars for this place.

So they charge you 7 dolars if you dont keep 500 in your account i dont know about all people but to me thats not cool
