Not all PNC branches are the same, but this one is GREAT! We have a business account with signors from different cities. We were in Phoenix for a meeting and Melissa and her team were fabulous in helping us update signature cards. Melissa really went out of her way for us. Excellent personalized customer service here!

Unfortunately PNC purchased my loan from Security National Bank which was amazing and I have no choice and am stuck with them. I have two mortgages and have been locked out of my account twice with no way to get access after hours. They cancelled my automatic payments and charged me late fees. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would.

Do NOT bank here. Back when it was BBVA, it was wonderful. More they nickle and some you for everything. The people are downright rude and have no idea what they're doing. I absolutely hate this bank and as soon as I can, I'm going back to Chase. Screw these people.

I was told that they would not take a bill because it was ripped in half, the man even put me on hold for a total of three seconds to check with The lead operations specialist, but they would not take it. However I took it to another bank and had it cashed in no problem. Obviously he just didn’t want to put in the work that it took to have the bill sent to the IRS. I currently bank with PNC, but that will soon change.

I've been banking here for 8 years since dumping awful BofA (across the street) and couldn't be happier. Friendly, courteous, helpful, professional. I recently took out a HELOC at this branch and the experience was smooth and efficient. Also considering moving my investments here since they also offer that service at this branch. Convenient small parking lot to the east off Catalina Dr.

I came in today to open a account there where about 4 other customers behind me i was greeted and told that they are PROBABLY closing early today i asked if he could do it now because they are still open the man said no and told me to go to a different location this is i told him this was the location i was sent to by another branch thanks ill be taking my business elsewhere

Just wanted to let others know that this location that is on Central Avenue in Phoenix just north of Thomas does NOT have a drive up teller. The website states that there is a drive up teller but there is not at this location.Out of all of the locations this one is by far the least convenient. And the parking is not close to the entrance, it's a little bit of a walk around the corner and into a office building. .

After hours ATM access, the card reader at the door doesn't work. Cant get to the ATM, when they are closed. Just left from there.
