“I called to make sure they had the batteries that I needed, they are unusual, but once I got there, they located them. I think they have every battery for everything possibly needed, I’m not sure about a Tesla battery, though, lol. I didn’t ask who answered the phone and I should’ve but when I arrived, there was Will and two other gentlemen working here super friendly and helpful.

After calling a few places and finding out they want over $100 just to look at it I decided to go to O'Reillys and ask a few questions. I talked to Alfred and he came out and looked at a few things then found that the connector was loose. He just reconnected it and it worked!!! You very rarely if ever, find that kind of service anymore. Thank you SO much Alfred!! I spent hours researching what could have been wrong! I've been going to O'Reillys for years and will continue.”

We were very frustrated with the dead battery, the heat outside and then trying to locate an affordable tow truck company took sometime…using Batteries and Bulbs website we were able to order a battery with a 15% off promotional rate, acquired the phone number to see if they would install battery in trunk, we own a Cadillac and for some reason many corporate auto business shops won’t install it in the trunk..…spoke to Daniel, he reassured us he could install in trunk no problem, we coordinated the time of arrival, met Daniel at the store with tow, inquired about warranty, needed a 3 yr instead of 2, did a quick upsell and he immediately went to work on car.
Very satisfied with Daniels professionalism, personality and install.
We have already told many friends about Daniels Professional install and Batteries and Bulbs extremely affordable install prices.

“OH MY GOSH. ????. Shout out to Lazaro at this location, I knew I needed a battery so after waiting for Auto zone to open across the street WHICH they never did even when it said they would open at 7 am, I went across the street and bought a battery & asked them if they would install it for me, which Lazaro did for me, he cleaned my terminals which needed them, then, we noticed it still was kinda sorta slow on starting, so he tested the alternator, which was good. So he recommended taking it to a shop I was gonna go to first, thank goodness he did. I needed to replace a fuel filter as well! This kid went above and beyond! Not wanting me to be broke down anywhere, he went above and beyond! God Bless him and I will always go to O’Reillys from now on! Thank you again Lazaro for your kindness and knowledge ??”

“I came to this location on Saturday. When we walked in store was clean and cool. One worker was helping a customer with his vehicle. Michael assisted us in finding the right Freon for my car AC. Recommend can with gauge and showed us how to do it and helped us. Michael you are the man!! It was hotter than fish grease outside and here he is helping us. My AC is Ice cold!!!
