Definitely don't go to your appointments early because you're going to be sitting for over an hour and a half... genuinely confused why would they schedule me a certain time, and I'm not even seen on time?! No paper work needed to be filled out, no pre registration, just strictly called to make an appointment, (2months later bc that's the earliest they had) showed up 20mins prior to my call time, and didn't get seen until over 1.5 later. This happens EVERY TIME! And it's frustrating. Please hire more aid, or book your appointments better.

The women's health center at 7th St and Baseline is a nightmare! I have never before witnessed such sheer disorganization and incompetence at a medical establishment. Going through a traumatic pregnancy loss right now and instead of helping me, this place has made me jump through lots of unnecessary hoops in order to get the medical care I need (care which I am still trying to get). With no direct phone line set up, I get all sorts of calls from people who don't know anything telling me different things than the providers told me, trying to delay appointments, calling me with old information, and not calling when they say. Not to mention that appointments are never on time, not even video or phone appointments. Find another OBGYN!!

If I could give a 0 starts I would... worst place I been so far. Waiting time is ridiculous.My mother had to wait for almost two hours to been seen. Her appointment was at 5:20 we got there 10 minutes before the appointment. She got call into a room and then left her in there for more than an hour. Then they came in and told her she had to wait 20 more minutes (6:30pm) because the provider was behind on her consults ( don't schedule more people than the ones you can see on a day) we left this place at 7:30 The only good thing is that the MA's were very friendly.

NP Mercy George is a complete and utter moron. She prescribed me the wrong bi polar medication even though my old rx bottle was right in front of her. I had to wait 3 days for a refill without my medication. Once I found out it was wrong I called and left a message with the health center which medication I actually needed. When I went in to pick up my meds it was still the wrong bi polar medication even though I called to correct it. The pharmacy didn't have the right medication in stock so I have to wait 3 more days. That'll be 6 days without my bi polar medication. That's purely dangerous on her part I wish I could sue. I won't be seeing her again. What an idiot.

Went in for my booster shot. Very friendly staff. Easy to work with. Didn't keep me waiting. Overall great experience. Caring providers.

This place not only takes hours just to be seen, but the staff, including the doctors, are extremely unprofessional. They don't take mental healthcare seriously and dismiss all your symptoms. I had a nurse practitioner, who goes by the name Chelsea Cason, tell me that having anxiety is not mentally challenging enough nor a disability and that I am fine. I messaged this to my primary who I normally see and he completely ignored and dismissed my concerns. Most definitely will be looking for a new doctor after this. Horrible horrible horrible experience, apparently having an eating disorder on top of anxiety is not mentally challenging enough for anyone, also the fact that I (a young adult) have been vaginally bleeding for over a month now but they seem to show little concern and that once again I am "fine." You also cannot book appointments for at least two months in advice cause they're always booked. Horrible doctors, horrible staff. Avoid this place at all cost if you have any mental health or woman issues. They're also pretty bad at their jobs considering they couldn't figure out that I had a ruptured gallbladder and many many many more issues that I've gone in with

I had my daughter 6 months ago and never had a 6 week checkup. My appointment was scheduled for today which is 7months postpartum. I was 10 mins late (I knowww but what happened to the 15 min grace period) and they couldn't see me. Now my appointment is scheduled for June 27th. Shows how important patience truly are. I honestly wouldn't recommend.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this place. My 82yrs old dad needs to be seen by a doctor. We made an appointment for today since a month ago. Last Friday received 2 calls as confirmation for the appointment. It was supposed to be today Monday at 10am. I took a day off from work, drove 1hr to take him to the appt and we received a text as a confirmation for tomorrow!!! Are you kidding me? We called and they say that they cannot do anything for us, that they are booked today. This even when 2 people called on Friday!!! Well, I cannot get tomorrow off from work, my sister goes in a business trip tonight and my dad won't be seen by a doctor!!!! We needed to reschedule for the 14th!!! I hope it is worth the wait! Not sure what will happen on that day! So frustrating!!!! Update- after reading all the reviews from other patients, we decided not to take any chances. We got a new provider.

Beware of the facility on 7th St. and E. Baseline Rd.. If you are a patient at this facility and have to meet a deductible or have a co-pay be mindful and check your bill. They will bill your insurance company with the wrong code leading to you paying for services that would normally be covered by your insurance company. AND if you had already actually paid them they will not refund your money. BEWARE#@#@!#@!#@!

Please, PLEASE save yourselves the time and effort and do not go here. The first time I got irritated with this place was when my fiancé and I showed up for our appointment 15 minutes early for her obgyn, we had to wait in the doctors room for about an hour. I assumed she was busy so I tried being understanding. Okay. Second time was for our next in person appointment. We were scheduled at 3:40pm, and they end up texting my fiancé 20 minutes before our appointment telling us we have to reschedule when we're already on our way, keep in mind we live 35 MINUTES AWAY. We show up anyway and they tell us that our appointment was earlier?? Therefore we missed our time and have to reschedule. This was a big red flag and we should've just found another clinic from that point but my fiancé and I are normally calm and understanding as much as can be. So, we continue and for our next appointment (which was supposed to be on Jan. 26th) and they tell us we have to reschedule AGAIN because our doctor won't be available. They tell us they have an opening for Jan 27th so since it was just a day later we said it was fine. Turns out they forgot to write down the appointment for the 27th! They tell my fiancé that she has a phone appointment on the Jan 28th but won't be able to be seen until Feb 11th. When she told me this I called the clinic telling them that we have to be seen within this week. And now, the receptionist tells me that we do have an in person appointment on Jan 28th, that it's actually not over the phone. Which was confusing but since I thought my fiancé was going to be seen today, Jan 28th, I said okay. We show up early, just for them to tell us OUR PROVIDER IS NOT THERE NOR IS ANY OTHER PROVIDER. My goodness what kind of place is this. Lack of professionalism, lack of service, lack of competence- I can keep on going. Today is the last day I will ever step foot in that clinic and any other mountain park health center. Absolute trash of medical service. Again, please save your time and gas and effort and DO NOT go here. UPDATE: They're so incompetent that they can't even transfer my fiancé's medical records to another clinic. This is the THIRD time we call and they're just now telling we have to go all the way over there in person to do it. Absolute trash.

Came in for a dermatologist referral and was seen by dr Laura . I told her I wasn't vaccinated or interested in it and she scolded me saying " Do you want to end up in the hospital?!?" It was very unprofessional and felt as i was in trouble for something . Nobody should be pushing their beliefs on anybody especially in such a rude manner .

If you could give zero stars, that would be too high. Borderline criminal billing practices. Charging people who have private insurance for "office visits," to get Covid shots? If telling me "sit in that chair for 15 minutes, then you can leave," counts as an "office visit," I really screwed up. I should have been a doctor. So here's your 2 twenty five dollar copays and six hundred something dollars from my insurance. And here's a Yelp review to tell people how unethical you are. I went with two other coworkers. One had no insurance and one had AHCCCS. Neither got a bill. Billing a person who has private insurance, simply because you can is BS. So much for "It takes all of us." I would never go back to any Mountain Park facility and I'll tell everyone I can to STAY AWAY! Dont bother calling billing to ask "why?" They transfer you to the receptionist who refers you back to billing. If you get caught in this maddening circular situation, just give them their money and save yourself the headache before they threaten to send you to collections. Then spread the word about their practices.

Is there a zero? My dad had a heart attack in the parking lot and no one helped me. I had to administer CPR when I barely had any knowledge of it. We stopped there thinking they could help but they didn't. My dad almost died but thank you to Banner University Medical Center for actually saving his life.
