Went into the branch 20 mins before the store closed for help with a notary for a one page document. I was turned away because it was too close to closing time. I went to the UPS store and had the document notarized in 5 mins. If you are open until 4 service customers until then.

I'm sitting in the lobby as I write this review, no one ask me if I needed anything, I work from home so I rushed over here before closing so I'm not dress too Impress ! 2 Hispanic ladies gave me eye contact I smiled and both ignored ne and helped the people that walked in after me, BOFA needs to teach them how to not judge and to help everyone that walk in regardless of how their dress and their race.

Simple 2 minute transaction. I have to sit and wait for a relationship banker and even though they are open they are acting like they don't see me and can't assist. They are always understaffed, have shortened hours of operation, and customer service is lacking with a few exceptions.

I had identity theft with a bank account opened in my name. After talking with and receiving paperwork to dispute the account, I was advised to go to this location for assistance with the paperwork and details on this fraud account. I waited in line for 20min due to only one person working the stand. She referred me to the manager. The manager would not speak with us. I would start to say something and she would interrupt & walk away. After using my entire lunch hour and calling work to let them know it was taking longer then expected, I called customer service while waiting in the lobby. Let them know that the manager stated they were not allowed to give clarification on wording on the forms and was having personal conversation in view while refused to help us. She eventually came over to fax my documents and I'd proof docs to their fraud. I asked for information about this account in my name hoping for info to give to the police. She refused and said no she was concerned for our safety and wouldn't give me info. She walked away from us. Thanks to this experience I know this Corp is a place that I will never do business with.

I wish I could give this location a negative star. Went in to change my pin on my card and was informed they were too busy while the store was empty. I will never come back to this location it seems they only accommodate the higher class.

Very disappointed in the way my situation was handled. My concern wasn’t addressed and was treated very poorly. I didn’t even have the opportunity to sit down for the appointment I made to discuss my issue. I was turned away immediately. I hope the branch manager sees this because she was very good to me my first visit and helped me so much and made me feel welcomed, heard, and escalated my issue. That didn’t happen this time around to say the least. Please provide better training to your assistant manager to provide better quality service to your customers.

The ATM will not accept deposits after the branch closes. The tellers are not friendly and are rude. You never have to worry about a line unless it’s the first of the month and now I see why

Mariana was very helpful , informative and professional! She gave me the most pleasant experience at a bank of america within the year that i’ve been with them. For sure with any appointments i have with my business she would be my first choice.

wanted to charge me 2% of my a check that was issued thru their bank. mind you this check was a school grant. Unless i opened and account with them. Horrible nickel and dime tactics, it would be more effective to encourage me in opening an acount with them to preform stong customer service. Bad name in an already agressive and controversial industry.

I was told they were out of cash. Next two visits they were closed during regular hours. Who runs this bank? I have a nephew I assure you could run this branch better. He's 6 now but still.

This place has the worst customer service i have ever witnessed at a bank. Just went there in 2022 and it's just as bad maybe even worse. And what type of company that respects its customers sells ad space in their hold music. Looks like I need a new bank.

This is the worst Bank always busy with only one or two cashiers, also the ATM machine always are broken and this place is very dirty from outside.
