So disappointed in the knowledge of the staff that works there. My husband and I apply for an equity loan and we were told that we qualify with no problem, not that we were decline but we were told on the phone that we can try in 3 months again.... the loan representative from this branch called and ask us to go back again and apply in a few days. He was not even aware that you have to wait 3 months :) After 3 months we applied again with all the updated info from the first time, but was told completely different reason for declining the application. Their staff has no idea what are they doing... I'm closing all my accounts. Can't trust this people with my money!

No notary on staff at the PV location. Disappointing when the branch is your business's bank. Notary services are essential for most business owner's and traditionally, that service is provided by your bank. They do reimburse you for traveling to the UPS store, to secure the service, but as my firm's business banker, BofA should not force me to do that, or they should also reimburse me for my time. If a staff member notary leaves, they should immediately train at least two other staff members to provide that service. Come on BofA. Step up your game. Don't rely upon your historically good name to excuse reduction in customer service. Weak leadership at the top is to blame, losing sight of their customers in lieu of the bottom line. Unfortunately, it's yet another example of the disturbing trend with this once highly respected bank.

I just had the most amazing experience at this Bank of America with Oscar. I needed to issue a wire transfer, as well as get cash, and he was so professional and executed both actions quickly and efficiently. He was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed!

I made an appointment 3 days ago to meet with a banker for a notary signature. I took time off work for the appointment and waited in line to find out they didn’t have a notary today. What’s worse, is that I got the confirmation/reminder for my appointment. I had to go to the UPS store and pay $20 for 2 signatures. As a long time customer with multiple BofA products I would appreciate if I was notified they couldn’t service my request. And if they had great customer service they might have even helped me get scheduled at another location.Update: I got an appointment cancellation 1 hour after the appointment.
