Waited in line to deposit a check, while three women bank tellers just chatted and completely ignored us. Finally a nice gentleman decided to help out, while the three women were still just talking non-stop to themselves. Maybe hire people who actually work?

I just opened a new account at this location this morning and they were great! They directed me where to wait, offered me a drink, and the banker that helped me was awesome. She walked me through setting up the app and my digital wallet and everything. Very helpful and kind. Thank you!!

Complaint against Emmanuel Sandoval. Refused to let me go to the teller once I said I didn't need help. Had to stop me and ask if I had a debit card, what transaction I'm doing cash or check. By this time I was skipped in line. This manager needs to learn not to approach people not wanting to talk to him.

They returned my rent payment to my checking account after the money was cleared and rearranged my transactions to make it look like I was in the negative when I never was, also, I can’t even be in the negative because this particular checking account I have has no overdraft setup, so I couldn’t even overdraft this checking account by a penny if I wanted to. Their excuse was well debit card transactions process, faster than e-checks, which I’ve always understood but when I made the debit card transactions the rent money was no longer processing and had already left my checking account by that point. Mind you when that money you had left the account there was still a positive balance. So now I have to have late fees and returned payment fees from my landlord, for LITERALLY no reason. I pay my rent on time with sufficient funds and I still somehow gave to suffer now. It’s stuff like this as to why many Americans are just sick of living in this rigged system.

Went in enjoying my day, encountered a bitter teller who was defensive. BOA was in the news for opening accounts without permission, you’d think the staff would try a little harder to be pleasant. Fire the Karen, and hire an actual nice person.PS, went to target right afterwards and had a completely different experience.

This has to be the worst Bank of America branch in the country! The only way they will cash a Bank of America check is if you already have an account with them according to a manager and a personal banker.. I wish I remembered their names.. I don't know if this is policy or not? But it seems like they were just after a new account and not about customer service. After the way i was treated I'll likely never open an account at Bank of America. This was told to me when I was told to sit down and wait for a teller. After they refused my Bank of America issued check, they preceded to announce to the whole loby how much my check was for and their reason for not cashing a same bank issued check was because I didn't want to open an account. No discretion or privacy whatsoever!! Steer clear of these people at all costs! They are worse than used car salesmen...

It is sad today walked into BOA in a low-poverty demographicz on Southern in Phoenix, Arizona with a long line with one teller, and other employees just walking around. I had stop giving this bank my service years ago. However, if you go to a BOA in Scottsdale, Arizona, there are more than one teller and if the lines are long, other employees are willing to help. It is sad your customers in this demographics get this type of treatment.

Me and my friends are opened a business account here and It’s been two month. Still we didn’t get debit cards for account. I am visiting again and again but no use.

My boyfriend and I went here the other day to get some cash out to make a large purchase. I don’t think I’ve EVER received such TERRIBLE customer service in all of my life. The teller was a woman and she was nice, but when she called the manager over to ask about the amount we wanted to pull out (16k). He wanted to know what exactly we were spending it on, what the business was called, pushed us to take a cashier’s check although we said MULTIPLE times that cash would work better for us. Then he asks if we can call the business we’re purchasing from and have him on the line to write our cashiers check out. 1. We just said we don’t want a cashiers check? 2. Who said anything about buying from a business? We told him we were making a large purchase and that’s all he needed to know. Besides it’s OUR MONEY! Finally after all that, he tells us well we don’t have the money in stock to accommodate you anyways, so you’ll need to wait til Friday for us to order the cash. (this was tuesday) We declined and said we would just go to another branch and he goes, “oh no you should wait til Friday we will just do that as it’s not urgent and wouldn’t want you to be inconvenienced by driving to another branch.” Who told you it wasn’t urgent? Who said we wanted to wait to Friday? And finally.. You wouldn’t want to “inconvenience” us by having us drive to another branch when there is BOA’s all over the valley but instead wait 5 days like that isn’t already an inconvenience if we were trying to make that purchase TODAY!Just terrible nosey, rude, condescending behavior. FROM A MANAGER!!! I’ve always had problems at this branch and I will NEVER be returning and I URGE NOBODY to come here EITHER!! Especially if you want to spend YOUR OWN MONEY!!!!Go to 19th avenue and Thunderbird!!! They will take GREAT care of you!!!Ps: I wish I got the managers name but if someone from BOA corporate sees this post, he was probably in his early 40’s, had olive complexion, slick back hair, and this occurred on Tuesday, May 16th, 2023 from 1:10pm-1:33pm according to my google maps ?

I went in nervous cause I had no idea what I was doing Emmanuel attended me in the front and he was able to Understand me and gave me options , he helped me out in every step along with Debbie and omg it all worked out ! Definitely Emmanuel saved me a lot of trouble !
