Pointless to try to bank here if you work. Hours are terrible and currently they are closed on Saturday.I have more needs than just what can be done with online banking and I shouldn't have to drive further away to complete these tasks.The fact that this and other branches are closed, puts more strain on the other locations that happen to be open on Saturday.Have also had plenty of other issues with their banking policies and practices. Will soon be pulling my money out of here and going to a different institution that actually wants my business... you know, when I can actually get into an open branch.

This bank is AWESOME. The employees are always friendly and willing to help in anyway so don't go by those reviews that are so many years old. This is my bank for life.

Do not make an account with these guys they will take your money for no reason and close your account and hold your own money so if you wanna get robbed by the bank go ahead the worst employees I ever seen very disrespectful they like to argue they hang up on your face when you try to call BANK OF AMERICA IS THE WORST BANK YOU CAN GET if I can rate zero stars I would

Manager was courteous and helpful. Attendant count the money by hand an then... 2 times by automatic machine.1 last time, attendant count money in front of me using automatic machine.Visit was quicker that a convenience store such QT or Circle K.

This is literally the worst bank I have ever been to. I used to come here all the time because my work used this bank. Luckily I haven't had to use this bank in the last 3 years. Well recently I had to use it again, came in around 12pm on a Monday and was literally in line for close to 30 minutes. There were atleast 8 to 10 people waiting and in order to social distance, the security guard was making people line up and wait outside. There was one teller doing all of the work. There was another lady sitting down behind counter, I assume the manager doing her own duties. But never once got up to help or try and get the line down. Multiple people came out from the back a few times but never to help. Finally after like 20 minutes someone came from the back and started helping customers. Well today I had to come back to this excuse of a bank. I was turned away by security and told it was appointment only. This place really needs new management because it is ran poorly.

Been in like for almost 35mins just to deposit money. This is the worst Bank of America I have ever been too. Avoid at all cost! The tellers are untrained. The Management was being called over every five minutes. Wish I would have read the reviews before coming here.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Coming to the bank should not be as complicated and time consuming as it is here. Wednesday morning over 12 people in line with 1 ONE Teller!!!
