I want to urge everyone, DO NOT BANK WITH BOA! I opened my account online without any issues. I received a check from UI which I took into a branch and deposited, and was told the funds would be available within 24 hours. The next day my account was abruptly closed. I was told due to "discrepancies with the information on my application". I provided all the information requested when I signed up, uploaded copy's of my ID, etc. How did I receive an approval if my information was not acceptable? Makes absolutely no sense and they won't provide me with answers. You've got evil bankers behind desks who are making irrational decisions and playing with peoples livelihood's. Now I'm told it will be at least two weeks before a cashier check is sent to my home. This should be illegal...I had bank financing lined up for a car. Bills to pay, and now they're holding onto my money, collecting interests, and I'm forced to go without. This is an evil institution and I wish I never attempted to do business with BOA!

Easily accessible through the Fry's store. Not usually a long line but you will end up waiting in one. The customer service is very good for the area. Two ATMs out in front before you walk in. Overall a good experience with the people I conversed with.

Christian who assisted me with setting up my bank account and credit card is a LIAR. HE MISLEADS customers and gives FALSE information!!!!! Do NOT trust Christian. Do NOT sign up for a CREDIT CARD!!! You will end up waiting 2 YEARS for your deposit!!! They also force you to upgrade your credit card to get your deposit back.

Christian refused to help me. Tried to force me to open an account to cash my check. Refused to tell me which Bank of America would cash my Check. After telling me every Bank of America has a different policy. While everyone around was kind of snickering and smiling that they thought it was funny. The Condon sending and rude tone that they took with me is why I would never bank with Bank of America. I really hate to make a generalization like this but I really feel of my skin color had been a different color I would have been helped.

Walked in to cash a check on B of A. The manager just stood there looking at me without saying a word. The young man at the window was nice. But with the manager’s attitude. No way was I going to follow up with opening a account. Horrible service

Only bank location I've ever been to that doesn't do cash advances. Completely unacceptable for a bank of their magnitude.

Banker messed up my auto pay. I caught the error in time but these kind of errors are unacceptable and potentially put people's credit scores at risk. Not pleased but happy & no regrets that I closed out my account! I will never come back to BofA!

Idk why everyone was so harsh but I had a great experience I knew what I wanted they made it easy Helped me and they are open until 6 PM this is also the fries I go to so it makes everything more convenient if it's not for you just don't come

DO NOT COME to this dumpster. I made an APPOINTMENT in ADVANCE (for Saturday at 10AM) as I work during business hours. I arrived on time and told the lady I had an appointment. She said "Oh, OK let me check if I have other appointments." WTF... had I just reminded her that banks offer a scheduling service? Next, she said I need 2 forms of ID I said I don't have it just my DL and the most recent temp debit card (that no longer works and I'm coming to get a new one for since they have not successfully sent anything in the mail). She said "OK well let me check in the back to see if we have any cards." I set my appointment online and had provided a description of what I needed. Nobody called me to tell me the branch would not have a card available for me or that the customer service was trash. I then said "OK if I'm never getting a card I can use, then I'm withdrawing all funds from the account." She told me to get in line (wait of another 15 minutes).
