Well lighted drive thru, obviously not tampered with, right on a busy corner. I felt safe withdrawing cash at night.

I had a wonderful experience today at the bank, thanks to a lovely banker named Lesliee. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with while opening up an account for me. She explained everything clearly and patiently, and answered all my questions with a smile. She also gave me some great tips on how to manage my finances and save money. I was very impressed by her professionalism and friendliness. Lesliee made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. She is a great asset to the bank and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs banking services. Thank you, Lesliee, for making my day!

My mom needed a cashier's check voided for months now. It couldn't even be sent because of a typo. Months and months of no answers is ridiculous. It is totally immoral to do this to an elderly person on a fixed income. No number she's called has led to any meaningful help. Going in person she was told if it was never deposited the funds would be returned after 90 days welp almost 6 months later that has yet to happen.

These people don't respect your time. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to access a safety deposit box for an account I was made personal representative of. They waited until I drove across the valley to my appointment to tell me I somehow did not have access and needed to come in on a weekday when Legal was working to get my name added. My name should already be on the box as it was included in my dead uncle's assets that I now have control of. I have a job, I can't waste my time driving all the way over here all the time especially during my normal work hours.

Set an appointment for 12:00 to close an account opened fraudulently. Came 15 minutes early. Didn't have a specific banker. When I arrived there were two available. The one I had an appointment with was unavailable. The two who were available begin helping people who walked in off the street. Left at 12:15.

Horrible service.I've been with BorA for over 23yrs. Do to a fraud issue I closed my checking opened a new one and on 1/23 I deposit a check into the new account and there holding the funds until 1/31. I called to release the funds and they won't.I'm done. I paid off my credit cards with them and I'm just waiting until everything processes to close all my accounts and go elsewhere after 23yrs of service that I gave them. This is how they treat there customers.Shame on BofA.

Terrible branch, I get that this is a sketchy location on Thomas and probably their focus is on loss prevention. It’s a mistake to try and do business at this branch. They will treat you like a problem, not a valued customer. Tried to deposit a large check, was told it would be a 7 day hold. Went and got a cashiers check from my other bank, came back and again informed it would be a 7 day hold on a CASHIERS check?? Never heard of such nonsense. Asked to speak to a manager - he was condescending and offered zero help. Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere. Cannot wait to close my BofA accounts entirely.

This bank is amazing and all of the employees treat you like family. Everytime I come into this bank to do anything I'm greeted with the utmost hospitality and care!

Although it was a bit of a wait, as they had only two tellers, I was treated very well! I needed a last-minute cashier's check, and the teller was able to get that for me no problem! Thanks, BofA!

The worst of the worst banking experience. No body want to work and everyone pretend to be busy and keep passing buck to another. A stain to BOA is this branch….

I just got divorced and went to change my name. I had all my documentation, including my driver's license (my old with the new recorded one), my debit card, old social security card, new social security record change, debit card, and divorce decree. I was turned away because they wanted me to have my new DL in hand--but I have everything else, even my identifying signature. I have banked at Bank of America for many years, and thought we had a good relationship. I've been considering changing, and now I will after this. I'll take my business to a new bank.

If you want someone that's unknowledgeable and imparts false information, then Albert is your man. Albert needs to be retrained and re-educated in the products and services that BofA offers. Had an appointment today to meet with a banker in order to increase the limit on a secured credit card. Albert greeted us at the door and told him the purpose of our appointment. Albert proceeds to tell us that credit limits can not be increased until 7 months post card creation, which absolutely makes no sense since this is a SECURED credit card backed with cash deposited upfront. The 7 months may be true for traditional credit cards, but again this is a secured credit card. Albert argues this point several times until we told him that we were informed by another BofA employee at another branch (thank you Margarita at Alma School and Chandler) that the credit limit can be raised at any time. Albert questions himself and then goes to another employee to ask about this but they were at a distance so we couldn't hear what was discussed. Comes back and again tells us it's not possible to increase the limit until 7 months. After this encounter, we went online and within a couple clicks increased the credit limit (see pic), just like Margarita told us was possible. Bank of America should retrain and further educate Albert before allowing him to triage at the front. Thanks Albert for being useless and making the customer experience horrible.
