Went to get cashiers check and was told there were no supervisors on duty and I couldn't get amount needed. These kids who work at this bank are extremely unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. Do not bank here!!

It’s amazing to me that after all these years of horrible customer service, people continue to do business with this bank and that this branch remains open. We could not even cash a check, that was written on BOA, because they were understaffed. We were told to go to another branch. Thank God we weren’t on the bus or using Uber. This place continues to be a disservice to the community. Bank elsewhere.

Went to withdrawal money today. Was told I couldn't from bank employee because it was "still processing". I told him I get paid the same amount every month and he could verify by just going back and looking at prior months. The bank manager, Lupita then came over to look at my account and she said she would be going back to prior months to look at wires to verify that I do in fact get paid the same amount, the same time, every month. After going back and forth with me stating it is always an issue when I go to that location on 24th street and baseline and never an issue when I go to the 51st ave. Location. She proceeded to look through my account to verify, then looked up and asked me "what I do for a living". I told her that was absolutely none of her business. She then responded that "it was her business and that would be how she was verifying my pay". As we went back and forth with me stating "she was out of her mind if she thinks that is any of her business asking me what I do for a living" she grew increasingly frustrated and ended up throwing my ID in the slot and saying you can go to the 51st location we cannot help you here. This is absolutely unacceptable and she should definitely not be a manager.

They are the worst I was told I needed to make an appt, yet they have none available, then some dude comes in having issues with his credit card and they walk him right back no appt needed like wtf. I think it was because I am not white and he sure was. That's why these ppl don't progress if only they knew.

Awful service, the clerk was more busy about her looks and talking about food than actually trying to help me. Gave me customer service number !! So what the hell is she here for if I could just call !

Bank of America does not provide notary services at this location or at any of their locations on this side of Phoenix. I have to drive 15 miles from where I live to get to a location that provides notary services. This is absolutely horrible.

Concurring the horrible customer service by the wait in line while 2-3 Tellers chat it up behind the counter. There's no effort in being discreet either. While you're enduring the long timeline, someone from the personal banking side may or may not speak, yet will absolutely let you know they can not provide any assistance. Once you are called to the counter - no apologies for the wait or lack of personnel & you finish your transaction with a dry "have a good one". Due to client work in the area, I'm glad I don't have to return here for my banking needs.

Cant call any bank of America branches they never answer the phone! Go to our handy online for questions hahajaja definitely changing banks now, bla bla bla look at your reviews and not haveing a Notary on staff at the 3 location i drove to is crazy!! Next billing cycle will be my last. This bank has no standards and has just gone down hill.

This place is horrible. They are only open 6 hours a day, the hours you are at work no less, no drive through teller, and only 1 person you can talk to. If you want to continue giving your money to a bank that makes it as hard as possible to get your own money, keep going here. There are much MUCH better banks to put your money in now.

Great bank, great service... unless you are incompetent which at that point is not the bank sweetly pie, it’s you ;) if you are inpatient just set up an appointment it’s not that hard and you will avoid waiting. I still go to this location when I need something specific because I like the assistance I get.
