If I could give it no stars I definitely would!I was so excited to actually be getting my business up and running by opening up a business bank account. Just for it to be closed literally once I walked out the bank. I tried to access my account and couldn't I finally gave them a call and they told me they closed it with no explanation smh!

Absolute worse service I've ever received I was told to sit and wait for a manager or another banker because the teller couldn't help Me so I sit and as I'm waiting I see a couple walk In and immediately they get helped then I see someone else get called into an office that came after me a total of 3 bankers completely ignored me. This bank needs to get it together.

They didn't go above and beyond, let alone even attempt options that have been offered at all other locations, and I've been with them 22 years. The first location that's made me reconsider who I bank with.

Really great service! I had to speak with a manager regarding my auto loan and Carolina stayed past closing time to help me and another customer. She really went above and beyond!

Horrible service, I've been a B of A customer for years. I needed a form notarized and went to the location on 19th Ave and Bethany Home Road in Phoenix, AZ yesterday and was told they only had one notary and to come back today. I went in today and waited for almost 45 minutes for Richard the bank manager to tell the young lady for me to make an appointment for Monday. Why tell a customer to come back the next day and never mention anything about making an appointment then change their story the next day. I used to be a notary and know it only takes a couple minutes. I would have been able to get it done for free but now have to pay $10.00 for a notary. Terrible service and doesn't appear Richard cares about customer's time which is all we have and it's not free.

Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone. This is not uncommon with BoA. Nearly impossible to reach a live person, so you drive across town because the website says they offer a service only to find out that that branch does not offer THAT service. Not sure why we bank with them.

I was the victim of identity theft and my account was compromised. I requested all information concerning the fraudulent transactions, which I'm entitled to according to section 609(e) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The bank refuses to comply with federal law and I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Why does a bank in central Phoenix, with an extremely large consumer base- employee one teller? And why do non of them have the urgency to not take 10-15 minutes for the most basic of transactions?

This bank is terrible. There is always a long line no matter what time of day you go and only one teller working. Tell me how that makes sense. Expect a long wait time no matter what you are going in for. I usually avoid going to this location but sometimes I have to because it is the closest. Today was the last straw and I won't be coming back I'd rather drive to another location. It's frustrating and judging by other peoples' comments, it doesn't seem like they care or are trying to solve these issues.

What is going on with Bank of America. I am at the branch I started with many years ago and there are so many people waiting in line 9 but six sitting in the sofas waiting. Two tellers and seriously customers being rude to the tellers and inpatient. Does having to wait for long periods of time make people crazy? If so time to get more help at the window's. I have been reading so many of the banks reviews and they do not read like well. Seems like everyone and the responses back from the bank are the same. Customers not happy and the bank giving the same apology to everyone. Time for a change.

What bank during the busiest hours have only one bank teller! The line was nearly out the door. If you can't keep employees to run the business then why keep this location open!
