COMPLETE NIGHTMARE - This is the absolute worst Bank of America branch. Everyone here is incredibly rude and difficult. You will wait in line and see the tellers arguing with customers, not helping them, and turning them away angry. They constantly site mysterious policies that aren't in effect at other branches as the reason they can't help you. The manager and business manager love to argue, contradict and undermine you. In the end, I get better customer service from a robot (the app). I will never set foot in this branch again.

Kayla was wonderful!! My parents and I came in for help with our app and some transaction information and she was super patient with my parents and is also bilingual! Super nice and smart.

the only reason i have given it 2 stars is i often have the same teller Ofelia who needs a raise btw with how much i see her man the teller side alone w a line…. but i am only reviewing because the absolute RUDEST woman in management was there today MONICA AVEDISIAN who was incredibly hostile towards me …. for NO reason….. like i get it sucks people get there a few before you close but just for her to be so happy to turn me away and be unable to help me YUCK. I swear this woman was acting like helping me was holding her hostage ….. when i didn’t need a manager or assistance with anything she interrupted my conversation with my teller and then when i asked for her name she ran away and tried to cover her name tag bc she knows that was a completely inappropriate way to address a customer of 10+years when she spoke to me the way she did i said ok close the account then …. all of a sudden she was willing to try and help me but not fully at that point i asked for her name and then she ran all this to say if you see a uppity woman named monica walking at you in this bank run or don’t say you weren’t warned

I have always received excellent service at this branch of Bank of America whether it is to withdraw cash from an ATM or an international wire transfer the staff is always more than helpful.

Horrible waste of time,,,I needed some important documents for my father that I got from another branch,Monica The branch manager was very. Rude and impatient. One employee that had bright red shoes on kept giving everybody a stink face. We all have bad days but don't have to take it out on the customers. Keep in mind, it's friday and almost time to close, Customer service shouldn't be unsatisfactory at the end of the day. The manager really needs to learn customer service and company policies. I have the legal documentations from the court, guardian ship and conservative ship to take care of my father. And that paperwork wasn't good enough, The two managers and the one employee that were helping me didn't even know the policies, but yet representing bank of america.. I hope the owner Sees this and takes action,

Business client here trying to deposit $3k cash in my business account and Bofa refused to take my deposit since I only had my az issued digital ID. I asked for help and was refused again on the grounds that NO OTHER BoFA branch are able to accept digital IDs issued by the state of Arizona as that is their policy. I proved access to my Bofa mobile Ap and knew my account number. I rushed to another branch on the chance that they were more tech savvy and was pleased when another Bank of America branch GLADLY accepted my az issued mobile Id. This branch needs to figure out BofA policy for the future as this was an unneeded stress they caused me for no reason. I have banked with Bofa for 20+ years and do not plan to return to this branch. Giving 2 stars to get their attention and hopefully they will reach out to correct their issue so I can revise my review

Monica, the manager of this branch, gave me a terrible experience when I asked to withdraw my money from my bank account, saying that it was not possible, however I went to another branch of the same bank and they gave me the money, terrible experience with Monica, I am thinking of canceling my investments and bank accounts with Bank of America, I DO NOT RECOMMEND OPENING BANK ACCOUNTS HERE IN THIS BRANCH
